Return Merchandise Authorization

Thank you! You have successfully submitted the RMA form.  We will review your issue, and you will receive a reply by email from a returns technician within three business days. Be sure to check your bulk and spam folders, as some internet service providers may mistakenly send our emails to those folders.

Please do not send your item(s) back until you have received your RMA number; review the packing instructions below:

In order to correctly return your defective or unwanted item(s), please follow the instructions outlined below:

  • Your RMA number must be posted on the outside of the returned box.
  • Any return without a valid and easily visible RMA number may experience significant delays in being processed.
  • All items MUST be returned properly packaged and double boxed (the original packing material and box within an additional box is best). 
  • All packages that are returned to us damaged due to improper packaging, as determined by our Return Technicians, will be refused. 

*** You have 7 BUSINESS DAYS from the date the RMA number has been issued to return the package.  If the post marked date is not within the 7 BUSINESS DAY time frame, the WARRANTY WILL BE VOID - NO EXCEPTIONS!

After your item(s) has been received and tested by one of our trained Return Technicians, the functionality of the item(s) will then be determined so that we may take the next appropriate step.


  1. To ensure that the merchandise arrives intact, please send all original equipment including packing materials back to us in the original box, double boxed with additional protective padding - We will refuse shipment if your return item is not received in good condition.

  2. With the exception of products specifically marked "Guaranteed Product," "No Restocking Fee," "Free Shipping Both Ways" or "Free Return Shipping," a 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns.  SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE per our stated return policy.

  3. Please note that all returns and exchanges must be in NEW condition to be accepted, please repack the order in new condition with the owners manuals and original packaging etc.
