  3. How long will it take to process your RMA?

    Once the RMA has been received, we will inspect the contents of your return. Upon approval a refund will be issued or replacement shipped within 3-5 business days.

  4. What happens if i return my purchase without an RMA number?

    No returns will be acceptable without a Valid RMA

  5. How long is my RMA number valid for?

    RMA's are only valid for 7 business days from the date of issuance.

Return FAQ's

  1. I purchased the wrong item, what should I do to receive the correct part?

    Simply fill out the online RMA form and under Reason for Return, select Ordered Wrong Item.

    Be sure to indicate that you would like an exchange and specify which item you want. Within 2-4 business days of submitting your request, a customer service representative will contact you with exchange instructions. No restocking fees will apply.

  2. I have changed my address, but I'm waiting for my replacement product.

    Replacement products will be shipped to the original shipping address on file unless otherwise requested. Please ensure to update this information, as Air & Water will not be accountable for shipping errors.

  3. What happens if I cancel my order?

    Orders that have been fully process or shipped may no longer be cancelled. However if a customer cancels their order after it has been shipped, refuses the package from FedEx or UPS, or if the item is returned to us after 3 delivery attempts, a two-way shipping charge will be deducted from the customers refund.

  4. Am I covered for return shipping?

    Air & Water offer "Free Return Shipping" on all orders under 80 lbs. On these items, we offer return shipping to the 48 contiguous states. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, contact our helpful returns department today and they'll send you a free return label via email.  Any return orders over 80 lbs will be at the customers expense, return postage fees are not refundable. We recommend that you keep the packaging your product was shipped in so you can easily repack your item in the required packaging in the event of a return.

  5. Which method of shipping should i use to return my purchase?

    We recommend you insure all packages with a reputable courier that can provide tracking information. Air & Water Inc. will not be held accountable for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. We also recommend that you keep the packaging your product was shipped in so you can easily repack your item in the required packaging in the event of a return.

  6. Will I have to pay a restocking fee?

    Unlike some of our competitors we waive the restocking fee all year round on all products. So enjoy online shopping and know that you can return your purchase without the hassle of paying a restocking fee.

  7. How are refunds processed back to the customer?

    All refunds will be issued through the original method of payment. You should expect to see the refund in your account within 3-5 business days from the receipt of the refund email. If you have paid by check, a refund will be issued with a company check.

  8. Damaged Shipments

    We fully insure all of our shipments and if a delivery is damaged during shipment we will replace it at no extra cost to our customer. We recommend that you check for internal and external damage on all purchases received. Failure to contact us within 7 days or receiving the damaged item, will result in following our standard RMA process. Please complete our RMA form here and under "Reasons for Return" select Damaged

  9. Warranty Information

    All products are new and come with a one year warranty, unless otherwise stated on the item page. The warranty is provided through the manufacturer and in most cases the warranty must be handled directly through the manufacturer.

    Should we receive a product that has incurred obvious physical damage, the warranty for that product will be void and any attempt to return the product will not be accepted. Please package all items carefully. We strongly recommend insuring packages through a reputable courier that can provide proof of delivery tracking information. Air & Water Inc. will not be held accountable for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

    Scratch & Dent Products

    Scratch & Dent products are sold "As Is", but are covered by a 90 day warranty.
