Teriyaki Glazed Salmon with Sous Vide

We teach you how to make amazing sous vide salmon, glazed with tasty teriyaki sauce. Use the Avalon Bay Sous Vide Circulator or the Avalon Bay Sous Vide Water Oven.

Ingredients:

  • Two 6 oz Salmon fillets
  • Teriyaki Marinade

Preparation:

  1. Apply our teriyaki sauce, or your favorite wet marinade, onto the salmon fillets
  2. Let rest at room temp for 30 minutes
  3. While the salmon is resting, set the sous vide station up, and set to 125°F
  4. Place your salmon fillets into two quart-size plastic storage bags and remove as much air as possible
  5. Place the salmon fillets into your sous vide container for 30 minutes
  6. Take the salmon out of the liquid and let rest still in the plastic storage bags
  7. Pour extra teriyaki sauce over the top of the salmon and serve
