Hot Air Fryer Recipes – Vanilla Cream Wontons & Banana Spring Rolls

Here’s some Asian inspired desserts from our friend Kendra at Things I Love Most. These sweet treats are simple to make and quick to cook in your Avalon Bay Air Fryer.

Avalon Bay Hot Air Fryer Recipe – Vanilla Wontons & Banana Spring Rolls

Vanilla-WantonsYou don’t need much to make these hot air fryer recipe. First, vanilla wontons. You’ll need:

  1.        18 Oz. Cream Cheese
  2.        ½ Cup Powdered Sugar
  3.        1 Tsp. Vanilla
  4.        1 Package of Wonton Wrappers

Air Fried vanilla wontons taste best when served with raspberry and vanilla syrup. For that you’ll need:

  1.        1 Bag Frozen Raspberries
  2.        ¼ Cup Water
  3.        ¼ Cup Sugar
  4.        1 Tsp. Vanilla

Mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together in a bowl. Separate the wonton wrappers and spread one out on a flat surface. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the middle of the wrapper. Wet the edges of the wrapper and fold them up until the corners meet. Place them in the Avalon Bay Air Fryer and cook for 8 minutes at 350°F. Check every two minutes until done. Take them out with tongs and place on a plate.

To make the syrup, heat the raspberries, water, sugar, and vanilla in a saucepan. Once they’re thoroughly mixed, pour them into a blender. Blend for a few seconds and pour the syrup over the wontons.

Banana-Spring-RollsIf you’d prefer banana spring rolls instead, you’ll need:

  1.        Bananas
  2.        ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
  3.        ¼ Cup White Sugar
  4.        1 Package Egg Roll Wrappers

Mix the brown and white sugar together in a bowl. Then cut the bananas in half and roll them in the sugar. Separate the egg roll wrappers and lay one out on a flat surface. Place a banana half on the wrapper, wet the edges, and roll it up. Repeat for the rest of the bananas.

Place the rolled banana halves in the Avalon Bay Air Fryer and cook for 5-8 minutes at 350°F. Check halfway through cooking to make sure they’re not overdone. Eat them plain or sprinkle them with raspberry vanilla syrup.
