That’s why we were so excited when we learned our friend Courtney Lopez had created a hot air fryer recipe using her Avaolon Bay Air Fryer – baked garlic parsley potatoes. The rapid air circulation technology allowed her to bake the potatoes in a fraction of the time it took using an oven, and the convection cooking let the oil and salt work their way into the potato better and faster than anything we’d seen before.
Avalon Bay Hot Air Fryer Recipe – Baked Garlic Parsley Potatoes
The ingredient list is simple. You will need:
- 3 Idaho or Russet Baking Potatoes
- 1-2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic
- 1 Teaspoon Parsley
