Good idea but the frame's materials not so strong
It is a good design on the tank part but the frame is very rickety. At least I have a way to do laundry without paying a ton to the laundromat.

neat little portable washer!
Very easy to put together and great to use. Very economical for the budget minded people and awesome for the environment. However, the base needs to be stronger. Doesn't seem it will last long???

Okay product. Would be a lot better, if it didn't leak when draining and if all the water actually drained.

Okay enough
Did a load first thing. The little plastic clips that you insert after putting together kept falling out while I spun. There was a little more water dripping, messier than I expected.

Disappointed in Wonderwash
I just received my washer today. I tried three loads of towels and t-shirts. It does make a lot of suds. However the drain pipe WILL NOT STAY in place. I tried over and over to "push in slightly and turn a quarter clockwise" and it never "clicked". I had to stand and hold in to drain. Not only hard on my back, but caused leaking water all over my counter.

A must buy!
his store is very easy to shop from! They have helpful videos and reviews, and the site was EASY to use. My item was at a low price, lower than at any other website. My order arrived FASTER than expected. I love this non electric washer. It really works! 5 pounds of laundry is a LOT: a complete king sheet set! The instructions were easy to follow and the item works great. I live in a hurricane prone area and this will be handy. Also great for delicate items!

Good Purchase!
Good, well made product. Only disappointment was the drain did not stay connected. Kept popping out. turned it a quarter turn as directed, but kept coming off. All in all, it does what it says it will do. I use some vinegar in the rinse "cycle" to reduce amt. of times you have to rinse the clothes. It really can clean 5 Lbs of clothes!

Doesn't get my recommendation
This product can NOT do 5 Lbs. of clothing! Perhaps 2 Lbs. is optimum. You're better off washing such small loads in the sink by hand thereby saving yourself the $45-$55. In addition, the drain valve and spout doesn't work, and even if it did, the design is so bad that it would be a messy hassle to use. If I get my money out of it, it'll be a miracle.

It Works...But Is Cheaply Made
The Wonderwash is very cheaply made, which is why it's such an affordable buy. I recieved it just a few days after placing my order and was pleased with this. But after assembling it I proceeded to test it out and discovered that the suction cups on the bottom don't hold it in place, so I had to hold down the frame with one hand while cranking with the other. Then, the pins that held the tub to the frame kept working their way out as I cranked, so I had to keep stopping to put them back in. All in all, the Wonderwash does work. It does get the clothes clean with a minimal amount of water and effort. And I will continue to use it.

I received my new washing machine, but I have not yet used it. Not sure if it was an oversight, but there were no assembly instructions. Some assembly was obvious, but I did not know how to utilize the bag of small parts, so I could not complete assembly. I plan to call your office soon for some instruction. I cannot provide an honest satisfaction survey until the device is assembled and used.

This was fairly simple to put together in less than 10 minutes. I completed a load of five polo shirts for the first test and a load of six t-shirts for the 2nd test. Both the polo shirts and the t-shirts came out quite clean after a 2 minute wash and several one minute rinses. The shirts did retain a fair amount of water even after running them through several 1 minute spins to try to get water out of them, but I was able to hang the shirts on a tension rod over my bathtub to air dry instead of resorting to hand wringing. I will note that the damp shirts covered the drain hole and had to be adjusted within the Wonderwash in order to allow the water to drain, but it is still easier than hand washing.

very good
it's very good but if I have a lot of laundry to wash it takes from me time. on other words I divide my laundry and I wash 5 or 4 times. so if it was more bigger and can contain like 7 or 8 pounds, this was gonna be great. So, I don't like the small amount of laundry that it takes. I hoped also it attached with a dryer or it comes with a dryer but I didn't find that.

Love it!
I live in a NYC apartment so I do not have a washer/dryer in my apartment. Space is limited and laundry is done once a week in a laundromat. It costs me about $10. per week for laundry. Therefore, by using this little gadget I'm saving approximately $500. per year. This pays for itself in a month's use. Uses no electricity so great for my electric bill. I don't pay water so non issue there but i don like to save water. At first I think I was using too much water. I adjusted after trial and error and cleans great. I always use hot tap water for better cleaning. Definitely saves you detergent. I only use about 2 tablespoonfuls of liquid detergent and that's enough. Adding more only makes rinsing longer and wastes water. It's not all that difficult to turn but until you get used to it it may seem like hard work. The smaller the load the easier to turn. I wish it was a little sturdier. I have to hold the base with one had and turn with the other. I try to turn for 3 minutes instead of 2 for cleaner clothes and of course soaking a bit and pretreating definitely help. I hand wring the clothes and then hand on a drying rack that folds away for easy storage. Small enough to fit under my kitchen table. I love that im saving energy by not using a dryer and money by bypassing the laundromat. I do still go once in a while for comforters and pillows but I can even do sheets and towels in this thing. It may take a little more effort and time to do loads here versus the washing machine but I'm a full time homemaker and mom of 2 and so far so good. I do about 2 loads daily. I wish I knew about this when I was single and a broke student :) I used to hand wash at home sometimes to save money or when there was no time to get to a laundromat but that took way more effort than this. I've tried the washboard and the plunger and bucket thing and both took too much effort. Even though I think the frame could be sturdier it does seem to be holding up to almost daily use. Have it about a month now. Portable and not as heavy as I thought when full. Not too noisy. I use it at night sometimes. Works great for the price. I only needed a small nudge to buy it and the sale here did it for me. After weeks of research I finally bought this and must say I'm very very happy with it!

Easy and Excellent
I found that it is relatively easy to put together...it is also very addictive that you find yourself wanting to use it all the time..it washes the clothes very well..the only draw back is that they need to make the from of a little thicker plastic hence a little more sturdier...hence it is the best manual washer on the market.. the other one costs more and when u turn that one the metal grinds and leaves shavings everywhere...tried both and this one is by far the best and the best price...and it was shipped fast and packed well...:)

We saw this demonstrated at an RV rally, and it was pretty amazing. For a full-time RV-er it's a great water-saver, so if you're boon-docking (away from hookups), you could still have clean water using a very small amount. And of course it's free when compared to the campground or pay-laundry facilities. And you don't have to hang around creepy people who steal your stuff.

Answer:
I have washed towels,jeans-ive washed a thick bathrobe,shirts,nightgowns-actually almost anything
- Elizabeth L. on 03-20-2015

Any kind. Pants, shirts, a small full or twin bed sheet, socks, they make one for 10 bucks more that is electric and you don't have to crank it. This thing gets old quick with the refilling the water and draining and cranking by hand. It fits about 3-5 shirts or a large pair of pants or two small pants.

Answer:
I wash everything in mine except blankets and large things like that. I do wash towels but only 2 at once. I wash jeans, sweatshirts and of course all of the small items like socks. There is no spin in here! You just use the turn handle with fresh clean water after you wash, turn the handle as you do to wash it,then put the spout on and let it drain! You need to wring it out a little and hang to dry!

Answer:
Sometimes i can get extra w ater out but most of the time i still have drippy clothes they have a spin dryer for clothes so you can hang them up wet but i have yet to get
- Sue P. on 07-14-2015
Answer:
No,it does not spin water out at all. You use the spout that you attach after the laundry is washed and it empties out that way.
- Elizabeth L. on 07-14-2015
Answer:
No. The water has no where to go inside the bucket. Except when you drain it It is not a spin dryer. you need a table top spin dryer with this or your clothes will come out soaked, take a day to dry and be a little crusty. It also takes about 2 hours to wash, spin, hang one regular full load of laundry. great for small stuff but not great as your only washer .

Answer:
it doesn't spin the water out. You can only drain water once the top is open. You can push the clothes down, and drain it that way, but you must still pull out the clothes and wring them by hand or by mechanical wringer.
- Christina M. on 07-14-2015
Answer:
No the revolution is just for agitation, so after the rinse just remove water from washer as normal, and hand wring the clothes, and/or just hang them.

Lol if you turn the lever

Answer:
Well, YOU actually spin it. See, you open the lid.. put the water in and the soap.. then close the lid (it is air tight). Then, you spin the washer using the little handle on the side. It takes arm power but it's a nice little workout and it does get your clothes clean. Then, YOU dump the water out (I recommend just taking off the lid to dump the water because it's faster than using the spout). Lastly, you rinse by putting more water in and closing the lid (I spin it with my other arm to get an even workout).. then just open the lid and dump the water out. HOPE THAT HELPS!!!

Answer:
No it doesn't spin out the water you would have to insert the little draining hose and it will drain the water for you without spinning

Question:
How much Does it have the drain hose to let water out? Also does it spin enough that I can hang out without water all over my RV? How much is the shipping?
- Anonymous on 08-30-2015
Answer:
I just dump the water out of the top because the drain is so slow. The hose is short and not flexible. It does not spin by itself. YOU spin it .....so no it will not wring the water out of your clothes. Shipping was free when I got it. You can look it up on YouTube to see how it works.
- Cassandra M. on 09-28-2015
Answer:
RI really don't understand your first question about the hose--- maybe you want to know how much water comes out with the hose? I just keep letting it drip till it almost stops! I think you should read up on this because it doesn't spin the clothes at all! You have to wring them out by hand or hang to dry!the place you're buying it from will let you know what the delivery charge is- if there is one!

It depends on how large the oad is,but I use 3 qts for a load which has about 5-6 heavy things. You could use a little more but that's what I use!
- Elizabeth L. on 12-26-2015
Answer:
I would say about 4.5-6 gallons per wash (1.5-2 gallons each for the wash and 2 rinses). I use less soap than with a powered washer.
