This product was the first water cooler we have bought. The set up was easy and very well explained in the directions. The water had no plastic taste to it. I wish that the water could be adjusted colder that's why the water temperature was rated only good not excellent. I would recommend this vendor for other purchases

This is a good water cooler for the price. Our water is cold enough for our tastes, and we haven't really noticed any altering of the flavor by running it through the cooler. Nice item, good weight, quiet operation.
Like the way the cooling unit cycles on and off; I presume this is an energy saving feature...however, let's see how well this functions when summer rolls around. I got this unit in February, so hasn't yet been tested with heavy use. The old water cooler provided colder water, but might have been more of an energy hog, too!

I really like the look of this unit. We purchased for our home and it stands at one end of the kitchen. Water is cooled in a metal basin not a plastic one which is the whole reason I purchased this unit. All of us ingest way too much plastic! This unit supports five gallon glass water bottles easily. The only down side is the blue light that illuminates when the cold water is ready is ridiculously bright. It lights up the entire room at night which I do not like. If I get up during the night and go get a glass of water it is like walking into a night club. Bright blue light everywhere! I will probably just tape over it...

I like the water dispenser. It is a good size and is working well. I would like to be able to make the cold water a little colder and haven't found a way to do that, so would like to see a temperature adjustment on the next design.

I love the compact size of the water dispenser. It takes up less floor space than my last one. What I don't like is the cold water is not as cold as my last one. That's one thing I loved about a COLD water dispenser, was a nice cold glass of water without ice. It also takes a while to chill if you fill a large glass. I would also prefer no lights on the front, just a waste of energy. I would rather have spent a little more for colder water.

This is a great little cooler, but if you're a tall person, you might find it a bit cumbersome to stoop down to get your water (I am 5'7" and need to bend fairly low). I think the cold water is a great cold temp. The handles on the spigots are cool and easily cleanable. The legs supplied with the cooler to raise it up a few inches made the unit seem unsturdy. I am getting a loud buzzing sound (similar to an old refrigerator) when the unit is cooling the water. If I place my hand on top of the water jug it stops. Is this due to an uneven floor???? Unsure. I have tile. Overall satisfied.

Though we have adjusted the water temperature on our two new water coolers, the water still requires ice cubes to get a really cold drink. That's more than half the reason we use these water dispensers. Other models we have used in the past have made the water refreshingly cold. I would not recommend this particular model. It was inexpensive and it's true that you get what you pay for--often less than what you pay for.

If you currently rent a unit at home or work, take note - in less than a year it will pay for itself. This product is giving me excellent service. The cold water is just cold enough to be pleasantly drinkable while the room temperature, till now at least, is slightly cooler than the actual room. I hope this will continue right through the Arizona summer! I have old saltillo tiles where it is located but I still managed to balance it quite easily. Loading it with a 5 gallon jug is easy as it is not too high so you can see to aim the neck of the jug easily with no spillage.

We wanted something small, looked nice, can provide cool water and not be too expensive. After looking at a few different ones and their reviews, this one was our choice. We have only had it for 2-3 weeks, but so far so good. Its quiet, and it even tells you (with a blue light) when there is cold water available/ready. I would recommend it for office, apartments, homes.., but would probably re-think it if you have small children that likes to play with everything within reach.
