Worked good until it stopped rotating. Fan head dropped and won't hold its fan head up.
The mechanism that helps this fan stay vertical is whacked.
Also, it quit rotating from side to side.
Interesting to see how customer service deals with this
return request/complaint...

Excellent product and works great on those hot muggy days in Texas. Cools large area and is fairly quiet for an outdoor product.

The fan arrived quickly and I appreciated all the e-mails on status. It was sent to my sister and brother-in-law in hot, dry New Mexico to use on their patio in the summer. They thought it cooled down the air nicely on their patio and were happy.
With the wind, it knocked down the fan and one of the sprayers is spraying a jet of water instead of a spray so he has to replace a nozzle, so it is nice it came with extra nozzles. I am wondering how to buy more nozzles, if this happens again.

Product is well made and works as advertized. I live in Southern FLA where the summers are terrible to sit out on the screened patio. Often in the 90's and humid. The Windchaser really comes in handy in that weather.

Has been welcome item during hot summer. Works as stated and remarkable does lower air temperature, although affected area is rather small when used outdoors. Have not been able to achieve a good enough seal with house coupler to prevent puddles of water from ocurring from coupling during use. Other than that it works fine.

This product works so wonderful in my back yard. I was looking at different options but this was the right one. I would recommend this fan to anyone who is looking far fan outside or in the backyard.

Searched high and low for the WC166 misting fan. Got great service from Air & Water. Love the fan. My son-in-law can rest in the hammock and keep cool while the children play in the yard!!
