Ordering was easy. It came quickly. Product box was in poor condition. Installed quickly. Grill was damaged (bent) at both ends and paint had a one inch crack on top of grill. If I would have noticed grill damage prior to install I would have sent this product back. I hammered out bends and touch up paint crack. Product works well and is quiet.
