I have owned my Steamfast for 4 years and absolutely love the portability, functionality and design. Multiple attachments allow me to tackle any project from toilets to windows. I've dropped high-quality essential oil in with the water and it results in a perfectly clean scented room when you finish your cleaning project. The only problem I have encountered and which has rendered my device useless until I figure out how to fix or replace the part is . . . the tube that sits in the water reservoir and heats the the water has separated from its heat source. Thus far, I haven't found a tool sufficient to get in the entry hole to fit it in place. Hopefully I can purchase a replacement reservoir.

The handle is very flimsy, the water and not steam remains on the floor- very disappointed in this product - would like to return it but have not received the "proper instructions" for return - again, very frustrated with this company.

So far, so good. I am using the distilled water. A lot of people develop problems with steamers and I am hoping to avoid that. I liked the design and feel of it. It is easy to use. I have told some people about it. I have only used it once so far and it worked great!
