Right out of the box it didn't look as if it fit together correctly. It never cooled water and even after flushing out lines, it still had a plastic taste to the filtered water.

I had second thoughts when I ordered the product on line but when it arrived, I was really surprised to how light this product was. Previously, I had a GE counter top/dispenser but was discontinued. Because it is light, it is very easy to clean and to move around. The hot and cold water is excellent and installation was a breeze. I enjoy using this product and will not hesitate to get one again if needed.

It could use a larger hot and cold storage tank. And could use a little more insulation. Other wise works great.

Does not cool the water at all. Water is at room temperature since it arrived. Very disappointed.
