The ice maker that I ordered is an excellent product which fits into my RV basement easily and with it's front drawer, allows us to make ice without removing it from the compartment.
However, it was working with the folks at Air & Water that put them above the average on line store. After I ordered my Ice Maker, I was contacted almost immediately with an apology that the unit was out of stock, and would I wait for stock to come in, to which I agreed, though I expressed some unhappiness with having to wait as it would not arrive in time to be used on our 6 week RV trip. About a week later, I was again contacted and told that they had found some white units in stock, somewhere and would I like one of them, instead of the black & silver unit that I had ordered. When it became difficult to use an alternate shipping address, where we would be some weeks down the road, I decided to want on the original unit, and just pick it up when we reached home. The customer service was beyond reproach, and I would recommend them in an instant.
