My Port-A-Cool Cyclone 2000 has worked flawlessly since it was delivered in great shape. I ordered the product from a very nice customer service person & it was delivered in exactly a week. This Cooler provides cool air on the back porch for family events, but I have been using to keep my 2 yr old white lab cool during this extremely hot summer. I highly reccommend the Cooler & Air & Water, INC...most excellent combination!

Extremely disappointed in this unit. Doesn't live up to what is described in the available information about the unit. Lucky to cool 2 degrees below ambient temperature and makes it more humid.

A friend told me about the product and I'm so glad he did. Our family loves to spend time on the patio, but the recent 100+ temperatures has made it miserable to spend more than a few minutes outside even with fans. Air & Water was very prompt in getting this product to me. This cooler works well as claimed. I live in Texas and the summer heat of 100s plus and electricity bills are ridiculously high. This really makes a difference beating the heat and my electricity bills. Since it's not an AC, it uses much less energy

This is a nice unit. We put it in a farrowing house(605 square feet) that has a drip system, hoping to knock the temperature down some. Really helps in the end it is on, but wish it would push more air down to the other end.

i liked the unit coming ready to use out of the box. just connect water hose,fill and turn on and sit back and enjoy! texas heat is hot this year,so this really helps outside on the deck! thanks again air@water for a great unit and a great price!!!

I use this cooler in front of a vent intake in my 10x12 greenhouse. Most of the time I can run it on low speed which is very quiet. High speed is louder as expected, but also cools the air a few extra degrees for the hottest days. A little while back we had a heat wave with a high temperature of 100. With just the exhaust fan my greenhouse would probably have been over 110, but this cooler kept it at 90. I was quite surprised. The only thing I don't like about it is the pump's prefilter seems to clog pretty easily, but I think a larger sponge filter over the intake will cure that. Overall, I'm very happy with it.
