Easy to use. Economical compared to lab tests which also give the same basic results. Local lab test per sample for bacteria only is $27, total, including postage and have seen prices on the internet in the same range. This kit also includes nitrate test, and extra value and has two test strips for this test. Only down side, as with all internet transactions is shipping and handling costs which sometimes seem excessive, even for small items like these. Order handling was very good and it arrived in a timely manner. If test is needed for some official transaction, this will not be accepted, but would be an excellent screening test to see if there are any issues that need correction.

Our primary reason for choosing this product was to test our household water supply for bacteria, nitrates, and nitrites. I'm sure I'll recommend this product to others. You never know when they'll serve tap water in your scotch and water. If this bacteria test kit proves positive, I'll just have to shock my well with a bottle of scotch! It might not kill the bacteria, but the water will sure be fun to drink.
