If I had not been so busy (and also tending to an ill husband) I would have returned this Vision Canister Dirt Devil MO82750 to Air N Water within 30 DAYS after using it! Good Grief! Couldn't the manufacturer keep it simple? A lot of the time the brush would not move and I had to go through all the details of checking and restarting the thing.One GOOD POINT - GREAT SUCTION! However, if I thorough cleaned my household carpets at the greatest suction the machine would too often overheat and I had to stop and let it cool off. The attachments kept falling out of their container on the vacuum cleaner which was an annoyance. Cleaning and emptying the see through dirt container and cleaning the HEPA filter also took more time than just replacing the old fashioned paper bags I used on my old Heritage II Kirby that finally gave up one day and died, leaving me to find a nice xmlnsnt. This thing cannot compare to the older Kirby I had except for the weight - my old Kirby was at least 25 lbs.! All in all, I dreaded cleaning my carpets with this modern Dirt Devil Model and I purchased a 2nd hand 1970 era used Kirby on eBay which I like much better - not so many places on it to press or adjust, etc. etc. like the Dirt Devil Vision! I don't get to see the dirt on this old kirby, but who cares!
