We bought this for a condo association common area heater. We don't want them to be too powerful because residents turn them all the way up so we were looking for low but sufficient heat output. We have not received complaints about it but we can't speak as to how long it will last since we've only had it for a couple of months.

We hooked up this wall unit and were VERY DISSAPPOINTED. It did not even get warm. The fan blew cool air around the room. Sending it back for a full refund.

This unit was used to replace an old wall unit in my child's room. Not only does this regulate the temp. Better in the bedroom, but it is much safer than the old unit. A neighbor melted a plastic toy against the vent of the other heater. This one is not even hot to the touch. Perfect for a kid's room!
