We bought the KA70 to help cool an upstairs bedroom that has been converted into a home office. Although we have central a/c, it works poorly cooling the second floor. This evaporative cooler does the trick. It has to be run in intervals though because it is too loud to hear on the phone. Price and service were great, speedy delivery, and an efficient cooler. I would buy it again, and did recommend it to a co-worker, also in an upstairs home office. August 2, 2010
