I purchased this for a 3rd floor bedroom 18'x12'X11'. The room heats up quickly to a toasty temperature. The heater cycles on & off without huge temperature fluctuation. Service & delivery was excellent. Recommend buying this heater from air-n-water.

Heater does a decent job but seems like we always need to use the power fan. Haven't gotten an electricity bill since we purchased this but fear the fan usage will negate the energy efficient feature. Product is attractive and does do the job.

We purchased this small space heater to serve as the main heat source for a free-standing 1000 sq. ft. cottage located here in Northern California. Although temperatures rarely get down to freezing, wet winter days ranging from 40-60's are very common. This small space heater heats up the cottage place quickly and, once warm, keeps the temperature there quietly. I am very pleased with both its operation and modest cost. Although we haven't had many cold days yet this season, this space heater has done a good job of maintaining temperature in a 4-season patio room addition. While it is primarily a convection heater, there is a small fan which may help to disperse heat and help to initially warm a room. One minor point: this heater has a medallion on the grill which is supposed to turn from black to red when the grill gets hot; although the grill has gotten uncomfortably warm/hot at times, the button has never changed color.

I'm a college student trying to cut back on gas heating by buying an efficient space heater, this item heats my 20x15 room with lofted ceilings really well. Can't wait for winter to roll around because I'm prepared.
Heater takes awhile to heat the room, maybe an hour tops, but it's nice if you plan ahead, accurate heat settings and display.
Nice feature, silent mode is great for keeping the room at a constant temperature, however to heat the room up using the fan makes a large difference.
This item is great; I recommend it to you as I did my housemates. We now have 6 in the house of 8 and are getting 1 for our family room. Love it.
