I bought this to place in an outdoor insulated metal building where the air compressor and vacuum pumps are located for the dental equipment in our clinic. It is only to keep the temp above freezing, not for room comfort. The thermostat makes it ideal for this situation.

I use this space heater in my office. I like how it doesn't take up a lot of space. Another good feature is the ability to adjust the level of heat. The only downfall is I wish the heater could stay on the whole time without going on and off. In addition, it does make a lot of noise when on.

I purchased the Honeywell HZ-315 to heat up a small bathroom in my home. I needed something fairly compact given the size of the area. I've been running it fairly constant the last five days to help cure some sweet potatoes that I grew in my vegetable garden. The curing process requires warmth and humidity so I thought the bathroom was the perfect spot. The HZ-315 delivered a constant warmth to the room, ran quietly, was safe to operate, and was overall an impressive little machine.

I was searching for this specific heater for a year. Down here in Florida, once the short heating season is over, you can not find a space heater to save your soul. I bought two of yours. One for the master bath as a heat booster in those cooler mornings when I don't want to turn on the furnace. The second one is for the motorhome. The size is perfect and the output keeps us warm as a bug in a rug. Besides, why use my propane when I'm hooked up to park power? Great product for RV'ers.
