Great product for cold feet I got this for my wife,it works great. No noise at all and better than space heater. December 16, 2011
We purchased these for under our desks at work. They are not much good unless you take your shoes off. We do not get to run around w/o our shoes at work. December 6, 2010
I bought this as a gift for my wife for this coming winter. She works in an office with tile-on-concrete floors and the company prohibits space heaters. She loves it. November 9, 2010
Bought for my wife, who sits at her desk in winter, complaining about her cold feet. The heat mat warms her feet, with no noisy fan and less electricity. Thanks. May 9, 2010
My sewing machine and computer is located in the basement of my home. My feet and legs are always cold, well not any more! The heating pad provides this even radiant heat. Love it and would buy it again. March 16, 2010
My office is freezing and of course has a "no space heater" rule. This works great because it is silent and blends right in with the floor. It's a little hot if you take your shoes off and it smells like an old rubber tire for a loooonnngg time. There is no on-off switch. My solution is to plug it into a power strip up on my desktop. Problem solved. March 2, 2010
I need heat for my feet and legs in my office, but wanted to avoid the high power usage of a space heater, plus the possibility of a fire hazard. The Indus insulated heat mat is a good alternative. It's made of a tough rubber such that I am not worried about damaging it. It takes about 10 minutes to warm up to what I guess to be about 110 degrees. It radiates enough heat to warm the area under my desk. I also can put my feet directly on the mat and feel the heat through my shoes. And, it only uses 100 watts of power. Cons - It initially has a fairly strong rubber odor. The product sheet warns about this but it's taken almost a week for it to stop making my eyes water. It is gradually diminishing and I expect it go away eventually. I do wish it had a power switch since it's under the desk, but that's a minor quibble. Overall, a good purchase and met my expectations. January 29, 2010
I have been looking so long for a mat to put underneath my feet while I do my transcription. Your price was the best I had seen. July 3, 2006
