Bought this product for parents to heat a large open den area, while lower the thermostat for the rest of the home. As they are home most of the day & watch a lot of tv, I was afraid this would would be too loud. it is not. very quiet, efficient, the oscillating feature is awesome, & because of the humidifier, there isn't as much static buildup walking across the carpet.
I will say the casters make moving the unit quite easy, however with the humidifier attached in the back, the portability is diminished, just need to remove it, or have an extra hand to keep the parts together

We have had this heater for about 3 weeks now and I can say the heater does as advertised. The only change I would make is to figure out how the humidification could be blown versus like a vapor. Otherwise it is a great addition to the household.

Heater arrived within a few days ...in great condition. I was pleasantly surprised with it's capacity to warm up a large open space living-dining area with very high ceilings. Here in Santa Fe, N.M., this house has passive solar heating, great in the afternoon, but mornings, evenings are quite chilly as are cloudy days. Another source is needed for those times and this product does everything it's touted to do. I especially appreciate the humidifier as the air here is extremely dry. The one thing that could be improved is the water holder should be larger because it needs to be refilled every other day. As I haven't received my utility bill yet, energy efficiency is unknown at this timeI highly recommend this product. For the price it can't be beat!!

This is a fantastic little heater. Compact and very quiet. I use it to heat my Crafting room which is in our unattached garage The room is 12'x13' 156sq.ft. (6" insulated walls and 30" attic insulation) and this little heater can take it from 45F to 80F in under 30 min. The humidifier works wonderfully in adding to the comfort level. Very quiet. I can only hear it if nothing else is making ANY noise.

I'm used to wood heat and this is as close as it gets to the real thing. This the 3rd heater we've ordered from Air & Water. I bought this model for our home to help put moisture back in the air taken out by dry winter air. Has already helped our sinuses. Nice compact size fits well in a bedroom and is simple to use. I really like this heater. It does all that is said about it. I am not able to say for certain that it is energy efficient because I have not yet received the new electric bill but judging by the fact that this one heater has replaced several space heaters to heat the same area, I think it is a better choice energy wise.

We live in a 39' travel trailer. Our propane bill was out of control, so we bought this heater. It works perfectly==has a 50 degree low setting for night time and will run you out of the house on days that are above freezing temps outside.

We chose this heater because it claimed to heat a large space (1000sq ft) and it had the humidifier feature, and claimed to be safer than other heaters we looked at. We live in a tri-level house and this heater keeps both the bottom and middle levels warm, well over 1000 sq ft. It keeps the temp in our house high enough on those levels that our furnace will stop coming on (in the fall in Colorado, haven't tested it in winter yet). It was significantly colder this month than last and my electric bill only went up a few dollars, so I believe their claims about energy efficiency. Safety was a big issue for me when looking for a space heater. I have a toddler and was worried about her getting burnt on it, or tipping it and starting a fire. There are no areas on the heater that are hot enough to burn my toddler, and she is always messing with it so if she could get burnt she would have by now! So far no issues with her tipping it so I haven't tested the auto shut off, but it has a wide base so it would be hard to tip anyway. Overall I am very satisfied with the product. Plus the shipping was fast and the price was competitive at Air-N-Water. The rebate actually made the price at Air-N-Water the best I could find.

Love this unit - have a similar one from another company but I selected this one because I wanted the humidifer feature. Last year I had to use both a humidfier and the heater for my plants. The combination should eleminate the use of two appliances. I highly recommend infrared heating because it is efficient and energy saving.

I do not like this product as there are too many defects in the one that I received. The humidifier did not work, after spending time obtaining the bottle for it, the unit did not display the room temp nor did it change temperatures very well. After you set the temperature, it did its own thing. I am very disappointed as I really needed it to work as advertised.

The first heater I bought would not work after about 15 minutes. I called Dr. Heater and they said it sounded like a bad computer.
