Only flaw is the height.wish it was taller or the dispenser position was placed in a higher position. Other then that great price for what you get.

We received this product very quickly after ordering it online. We installed it within a few days. We have our own RO system, but have always had to fill bottles to use with the water cooler. This cooler has eliminated that necessity. We are extremely pleased with this product and also with this company.
