We had had a bottled water dispenser, but removed it. This is supplying at least equal quality but at a much lower cost and with vastly more convenience - lifting and "seating" a five gallon water bottle can be pretty tricky. We will save money on this investment within this year, and the years to come are free. Delivery was earlier than promised and the cost of delivery wan much more reasonable than I had feared. Installation was easy. This was a very wise purchase.

Once you receive a unit that is actually assembled correctly in the factory (I've had 4 units shipped where the compressor wasn't properly installed) the unit works just fine. I've had my first two units for almost 4 years without any problems. Wish I could give it a different rating.

We noticed we were drinking a lot of bottled water which can become expensive and is harmful to the environment. I also drink at least two cups of instant coffee a day and would boil water using the stove. We purchased this product to cut down on our use of bottled water and use of the stove. It also works great to boil water. Since it makes very warm water too, you can add it to a pot and having boiling water within two minutes. This is great if you are in a hurry trying to cook. Overall great product, and it does not take up that much space.

Works great and no more bottles of water. It would have been super helpful had there been more tech info on it, like how it connects to a water source. (A: it's a 1/4" tube). Also not that an inline filter is hard to use but it would have been an easy thing to design into the unit. But the price is right. There was a ding in the unit but it doesn't matter in our case. And I never could get a tracking number from Air & Water inc. since it doesn't ship from them.

Overall, this is a good investment. I was disappointed that the advertisement did not match to the product. A few things the seller could improve is to let folks know this product is not ready to install. It comes as a bottled water dispenser you have to take apart and then use a kit provided to make it a point of use dispenser. The kit installation instructions are outdated for the product, and not very well written. The faucets they show in the photos are also not what come with the unit. Not too impressed with the customer service the company advertises. I spent many frustrated calls, being sent back and forth to various manufacturers for information. I was told I would be sent the correct faucets, never did get them. Hired a plumber to install the unit. Overall I am pleased with the dispenser, not so pleased with the Air & Water company.

JDK Services is our company we are a general contractor. We installed the D14A water despenser in an AT&T Central Office. The request for a water dispenser was turned in by the AT&T office employees. They are completely satisfied with there new dispenser. Some have asked about installation for home use, which we are following up on at this time. From the stand point of installation it was a breeze. Our plumber had it up and running in less than an hour. The water supply was already at the location of the dispenser which of course helped. I would definitley recommend this system to anyone. I was also very happy with the cost. I shopped around and this product from Air & Water was the best price I found for comparable water dispensers.

This was a less expensive option to replacing a traditional water cooler that quit working. It is also easier to fill water bottles and has the hot option for tea or hot cocoa. The office staff is so happy you would think they got a pay raise instead of a new water cooler.

This product is fantastic. Its super easy to setup and you'll have water in a matter of minutes. I love the thermostat feature which allows me to control how cold I want the cold water. The customer service at Air N Water is excellent. The first unit I ordered was damaged by Fedex. Air N Water contacted the manufacturer for me and they sent me a new one along with postage to send the broken one back for free.

The office employees are very pleased with this new dispenser. They have complimented its looks, the filtered water taste and quality and especially the hot water temperature. The previous dispenser provided "somewhat" hot water but this new Clover unit dispenses very hot water, which the office folks prefer for tea, soups and hot cereals.
