Excellent product
The only bad thing I want to say is that it is not very easy to install it. You have to first take it apart and then put it back together. I got to be very handy. It only takes a minor change of design to make it much easier for the consumer to install it.

What a great product
Air conditioner/heater/dehumidifier all wrapped up in one!
Very attractive, easy to use-even for a techno-phobe like me.
This is really neat for my area, where the weather can go from heat to a/c to fan all in one day.
