We love our compact electric fireplace heater. It fits in our fireplace opening perfectly. Looks great and friends and relatives always comment on how nice it looks and also about the heat it puts out. Warms our living room cozily so we don't have to run our heat pump so much in fall and spring. It is the second one we have purchased so you know if we bought two that we must be satisfied.

We have a home that was built over 100 years ago and the fireplace opening still is narrow despite being rebricked around it with a beautiful mantel. This stove sits in the opening perfectly and gives out heat while looking so cozy and realistic. We have a heat pump but sometimes need just a little extra warmth when it is especially cold. We love the remote control.On the other hand, if it isn't cold enough to have heat throughout the house, this heater is great to snuggle up with a good book and cup of coffee. It is the second one we have purchased. Our first was four years ago.

We use this electric stove in our living room to supplement our electric heating system. It looks very pretty and the heat source is perfect for our needs. The remote on/off is also very convenient. We are very happy with this purchase.

If we plug in anything else into the same plug, for some reason, the remote does not work; when it's on low you can barely feel it. We keep it on high and don't plug anything else into the outlet, even though the outlet is grounded and has enough juice in it.

My house is over 100 years old, without insulation. My heater performs very well. I use it to heat a room that is larger than the specifications list. It is not supplemental heat - it is the only heat. I like the fact that the blower is on the bottom front - if you want to stand in front of the heater, your feet get toasty and your entire body - other heaters have heat come out the top or middle front. The appearance is beautiful and the "flames" are very realistic. My guests think the flames are real. I love my heater! Highly recommend!!!

Very pleased with this heater. We use it to heat a room addition. Cost to operate still an unknown. I thought it would have a heavier cord.

I've been looking at fireplace heaters for awhile. I wanted one for my elderly mother and one for me. I ordered two Dimplex CS3311 Compact Electric Fireplace Heaters and was absolutely THRILLED when I turned mine on--it's beautiful and the flame effect is so much better than I ever expected it to be! My mother was tickled with hers too! She's been taking pictures to send to family and friends. I highly recommend this heater!
