IT WORKS BETTER THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD ! My House is on Solar and that is why I wanted Electric Heat. Its very nice very Quite. First bought one to have it fired right at me while I work on my car in my new Garage. So nice I bought another one for my work bench. Very Happy with my Heaters!

Have had this heater for just a month now, so I can't speak to energy efficiency, however, it does heat my 725 sq. ft. oversized garage/workout studio in minutes. I like the thermostat that keeps the space at a constant temperature. It arrived promptly and well-packaged.

Bought this for my garage after years of using two 110 volt heaters. Not only were they running all the time but I was still cold. Sure wish I had found this sooner! Not sure on efficiency but do not care because I am warm. Have the thermostat set on about one third and it has kept my two car garage at sixty five degrees with it twelve degrees outside. Big performance from a small unit. Buy it!

I have a 700sq. ft. well insulated garage and this thing keeps the temp over 60 F when its in the single digits outside. Its quiet and puts out a lot of heat. Well worth the low cost of $130.

The unit heats my three car garage to an exceptable temperature quickly. It is fairly quiet and performs to my expectations.

i have a 20x20 average insulated garage.at outside temps of 20 degrees the heater brought my garage to 70 in 2 hours.it then ran for about 10 minutes a hour to keep it that way.the noise level is o.k. considering how much heat it puts out.i don't know about electricity consumption yet as the heater is still relatively new.

Bought this little heater for my detached 2 1/2 car garage. The garage has insulated and finished north and south walls, the east wall has a thin insulator cloth on it, but no sheet rock, and the garage door is a typical garage door. It has a half ceiling I put in for storage above, but no insulation. I can turn on this little heater and even when its 18 degrees outside it warms up the garage to 50 degrees in about an hour. The temp seems to hold between 50-60 degrees in the garage which is more than comfortable enough to do pretty much any project. Great product for the money, but it does suck the juice a good little bit, not something I would want to run all of the time, but I only run mine once or twice a week when I need to work on something.

I needed a thermostat controlled heater for a two car garage that was converted into my work shop. I had been using a propane heater but even with the setting at 'night/off', the cost of propane was very high. After doing a great deal of research, I decided to go with the Q-Mark BRH562. I couldn't have been happier with the immediate results in heat, temp control and construction. I only wish I had purchased this heater years ago.

I bought this heater after having the pipes freeze up a couple of times in my garage. It is a full, 2-car garage with minimal insulation. I installed this heater in the corner and elevated it a bit to be out of the way and turned it on high. It heated the garage from the mid 30s to a comfortable working temperature in a few hours. I turned the thermostat down until it shut off and left it for the night. The next morning, the garage was still "comfortable" to work in (I'd estimate in the upper 50s, but did not take a temp reading). Last night it got down to 6 degrees and when I checked the garage this morning, it was still bearable in a light jacket/hoody. I gave it only an average rating for energy efficiency only because I have not had it running long enough to know what it is doing to my electric bill. But, even if it adds $50 or $60 to my bill each month I need it, it will have saved me a fortune in water pipe repair bills and, since the bedrooms are above the garage, probably helped keep my house heater from kicking on as much. Also being 240V reduces the cost some over a 120V model and it definitely puts out the heat, so I can not complain. Overall, this is a very good, affordable, and compact heater for any room of decent size.

received my heater yesterday. Plugged it in and my two car garage went from 45 degrees to 60 in abt half hr. left it running for about 3 hours and it got well above 70. I must admit i am using my garage as a living area for my daughter so it has alot of stuff in it, But this is one great heater.

The plug was larger than I anticipated but after swapping out the outlets, I was pleasantly surprised at how efficiently this heater keeps my shop comfortable. It is currently set at about the lowest setting possible and it keeps the shop well above freezing. The cost of propane was getting outrageous and this heater is just what I needed. I would definitely recommend this heater.

I was looking for a small heater to warm my 2 bay garage in the cold winter months and this unit fits the bill. It's small and compact but puts out the heat. Warms up the garage in 15 minutes. Can't really speak to the efficiency of the unit but it's pretty quite. The power switch\thermostat is on the back of the unit which is a little inconvenient. The power cable can wrap around the top handle when not in use. The manual claims that the outer case will get warm but i ran it for 1/2 hour + and the case was cool to the touch. My only small complaint was with the connector picture in the manual, it indicated the power cord eminates from the two hot terminal side of the plug when it actually eminated from the ground terminal side of the plug. This would not normally be an issue unless (like in my case) you needed to orient the cable in a particular way to avoid interference. I'm glad I had waited on completing the plug wiring before the unit was in hand to see the wiring difference. Saved me some reworking of the 240 Volt plug.

625 sq ft garage with 8ft ceilings. Somewhat insulated and can see a little daylight around the 16 ft door. $2 a day to keep it 64 degrees and outside was between the mid 20's and high 40's. On a 27f day, it ran for 5min. and was off for 50min. ran for 5 off for 50, consistently, all day. That's right folks! 64 warm degrees for 28 days averaged about 2 bucks a day! OK, it's not zero yet. My goal was to keep the garage above 50 degrees this Winter for less than$100 a month. My expectations are good! I have no doubt in my mind that this Little Heater will give me 70 degree Weekend Warrior days,anytime I want them! BAMB!!!!Dynamite does come in small packages! And this Little Heater Is DYNAMITE!!!!!

I installed this heater in place of a larger one that wore out. The old heater had a higher BTU rating than this one but didn't heat the 740sf space as well. I used to wear a coat in my shop on winter days, now I don't have to!!

Purchased this little heater for my 500 square foot, insulated shop. Had been using the household 1500 watt space heaters, but they couldn't do the job. This heater is more than adequate and does a fantastic job. The thermostat feature is very convenient and easily keeps the shop at my choice of 63 degrees while I'm working. Thermostat is set at lowest setting to keep at a constant temperature of about 40 degrees when shop is not in use. Do not think the fan is excessively loud as in some other reviews. Fan also moves a lot of air which is nice. Highly recommend this heater, buy it , you won't be sorry.

Product arrived in great condition and does more than I need it to. I would reccomend buying from Air-And-Water to anyone. Product was safely packed for shipping and a UPS tracking order number was sent to my email address.

One would expect with a 230v heater that it would be very hot to the touch but it isn't yet it still heats the space very well. We have a two car garage with no insulation and a gable roof in Portland Oregon. It heats the garage from 40 degrees to 60 degrees in about 30 to 45 minutes. 60 degrees is a good working temp for me and I find myself adjusting the thermostat then. (Tip) use a fan aimed upward to circulate the warm air from the top of your space if its like mine at all. Given a do over I would buy the same heater again.

I put this in my 450 sq ft garage and it works great! I am very happy. It is a little noisy, but that is fine for the garage. Love it...

It would been nice to see how many square feet it covers. Its a good heater just not big enough for what i needed it for

I have a 420sf garage with 10ft tall ceilings, insulated and drywalled, and this heater only takes about 15 minutes to raise the temp 10 degrees. I did have to go get some THHN #10 wire, 30 amp breaker, and outlet to run 240 out to my garage for it but compared to what I was trying to do before - it was worth it. All I do is turn it on 15 min before I am ready to stay out in the garage for a while and it's warmed up nicely when I go back out. Had my garage up to 70 deg when it was 30 deg outside. Great heater!!

The garage heater has made it possible to work in a large storage area in 25 degree weather. It is amazing how quickly it brings the temperature up to a comfortable 64 degrees. I would recommend it to anyone with a large work area to heat.

Bought a heater from Home Depot and took it back, I could just barely feel some heat from it. Found this one on line and bought it, it was shipped super fast by Air & Water. Plugged it in and it put out 5 times the heat right away compared to the one I took back to Home Depot and was amost $100.00 cheaper. I had a couple of questions before it arrived and emailed Air & Water and got a helpful and friendly reply within hours. These people will take care of you, don't be afraid to buy from them.

For such a small form factor this product can put out a lot of heat! The product is well made, easy to use controls, and have not had any problems with the outside of the case getting hot! Very well made and it keeps my 3 car garage warm. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a garage heater, just make sure you have the correct electrical outlet in your garage.

I was hesitant about ordering this heater. It is being used in a 3 car insulated garage with 12 foot ceilings and even when it's below zero outside I am able to keep it 50+ in the garage with it set below half way on the dial. I have not seen the electric bill yet so I can not comment on that.

I didn't know much about heaters when I ordered this. I spent HOURS trying to figure out what I needed and how much I should spend. I found it more than a bit confusing with the offerings out there. Hopefully this simple review will help others. When it comes to heat, wattage doesn't lie. It is what it is. The more power that's consumed the more heat you'll get. Of course, you pay more for bigger heaters and you pay more to run bigger heaters. You also need bigger wiring. I'm in Boston. It gets cold here. This heater raises the air temperature by a certain amount. Period. I THINK it's 30 degrees, but I may be wrong. If it's 12 degrees in your barn, this heater will put out 42 degree air. It won't feel like it's working if you expect hot air. That happened to me. I called and it was explained to me. If the space is sealed well enough, the air will eventually be recirculated and reheated. This means it will gradually get warmer. It's 28 degrees outside right now. I've had the heater running for a few hours in the barn (partially insulated on walls, temporary foam on the loft floor, gaping hole to dirt cellar). So the barn is no model of efficiency yet! It's approximately 54 degrees. I'm sure it will be cooler when it's really cold outside. At this point in time I wanted a quick fix to be able to work out there and this fits the bill. BTW - I did measure the draw at 23.3A, so I know it's putting out the claimed heat. So there you go. Spending more money on a heater with the same specs won't get you any warmer. It might have more features, or be wall hung, but for a quick fix, I don't see any way to improve this unit. Like I said it's very quiet in my opinion. Oh, and when it gets warmer, it will cycle as you adjust the thermostat. The other day it was 55 and the thing was turned almost off and cycled once in a while until the afternoon, at which point it was running more and more.

built a 24/24 garage this summer. my nephew tired to tal me into putting a gas heater in, I told him I was buying one of them infrered heater a dollar a day indeed it almost doubled mt electric bill. my sister put in a electric heater in her garage simalier to what I bought. them both do a wonderful job. my garage is about 45 deg. when I get home after work and I turn it on and with in 35 min. its 70. works great. haven't gotten the electric bill yet, but can't be wrose than the 110 heater. love it.

I use & repair a lot of heaters like this where I work. Most of them run off of 3 phase 440 circuits and cost a gazillion dollars, but the basic design principle is still the same. This unit is really fairly quiet, at least compared to what I'm use to hearing from similar units. I'm also please with the amount of heat it puts out. For a little guy it really works quite well. I have it in an extremely drafty, uninsulated old carriage barn, and it is used to heat a loosely enclosed 300 sq ft area. I turn it on 5 or 10 minutes before I go out on a 30 degree day, and things are already warming up inside. I'm very happy with it! Much better than I anticipated!

Was looking for a heater for my 500 sq ft garage that is insulated. We have a big family and when we have Christmas, everyone goes to the garage to eat. Last year my indoor purify heater didnt do the job. After looking at the reviews, this heater looked pretty good. We had Christmas last week and this little heater did an amazing job. Very happy. Had to run 240volt wire so if you dont have that, would be an expense to do that.

I use this in my 400 square foot insulated workshop in the mountains of Colorado. When the temp outside is in the mid thirties or above it will keep the interior temp tolerable (mid to high 40's) after 3 or more hours of run time and will eventually hit the 50's or 60's. If the outside temp is in the low teens or single digits or lower (as it is frequently here) it will take MUCH longer (24 hours or more) to reach a minimum comfort level. If run contstantly after that it will eventually heat into the 60's. But after putting things in perspective, I see why. Essentially I am trying to heat my workshop with 3 hair dryers running constantly (equivlent to the output of this unit - about 5000 watts). It will work, but it has to constantly be recirculating the room air, heating it a little at a time. I think this heater would be fine in areas where the winters are milder and in a smaller space. The unit itself is relatively quiet BUT for the fact that the mount for the motor vibrates against rear grill and LOUD! Do what one other reviewer suggested and put woodstove heat proof "rope" between to solve the problem. Overall not recommended except for mild winters and well insulated small space. BTW, service from Air n Water was excellent!

After only 20 min. in a 816 sq ft garage well insolated the garage was very comfortable. the out side temp was about 40. I use a 30amp breacker and 10/3 wire with the #6-30amp plug. back of heater was about 10 ' from wall so it could get air flow. Worked very well. noise level good not loud to me at all. recommend that you add the heat tolerant rope insulators you use for your wood burning stoves to your purchase. winding these between struts reduces the annoying rattles, allowing reasonably quiet - but expensive - heat for your garage.

This is got to be the best purchase in years,very quiet,warms up my 24X24 garage very fast. When im out in the garage not only can i work in my tshirt,i can keep the heater on low and it keeps the garage comfortable with only coming on about 4 to 5 mins three times an hour.I reccomend this product,you will not be sorry. This unit is just what it is advertised as. It a little box of WOW. We have not had to turn our gas furnace on at all.

This product is everything I was hoping for. I have a 30x40 insulated garage, and it heats it just fine. I was hoping it would at least keep the garage above freezing, (because I store paint and chaulk and other items that I would not want to freeze) and to my surprise it does much better than above freezing.

We were soooooooooo glad to find this little red Garage Heater to help dry out our flooded basement in the rental house that we had recently moved into. 3" of water everywhere doesn't sound like much but when you take into account we had just put down some new carpets and had the whole of the perimeter of the basement stacked with our things from our recent home sale it was a lot to us. We have not only used this little powerful gem of a heater to completely dry out our things but use it regularly to warm to a toasty temperature an office that we have set up down there. We can't say enough about the service that this company has offered. They are great! Our purchase arrived quickly and undamaged. We just went to our local hardware store and obtained the matching receptacle and wiring so we could connect it into our circuit panel box and hung the heater from 2 eyebolts with some chain and plugged it in and it has been working great ever since. The back of the heater had a bit of a rattle but by placing a small piece of rubber foam into the grate at the rattle point that sound went away. Thanks for being there for us. We plan on using this for years to come.

This is just the best little heater ever. I had a flooded basement when the snow melted and lots of rain came. We recently moved into a rented house and we noted that there was no Sump pump installed in the sump pump basin in the basement floor. We asked the landlord to please install one that we brought along with us but he said "I am an engineer and have designed this to be a dry basement that is self draining so no pump is needed". Well 2 days after we got things moved in and organized on to pallets the whole basement flooded 3" deep. The landlord put in a temp. Heater that started to dry things out but it burned out. We ordered the Q-mark BRH562 Garage Heater and it has worked great. The thermostat feature makes it super and it puts out 14K BTU which warms things up nicely. Thanks very much.

Well what can I say? When I opened the package, my first reaction was "there is no way this little box will heat up my huge garage". Plugged it right up and sure enough, my foot was in my mouth! This heater packs a punch! It took my 4 car garage with high ceilings from 48 degrees to 65ish degrees within an hour. Perfect enough that I could work on my custom cars in a long sleeve t-shirt. I have already recommended this item to many of my friends and peers. It is great for the price and does perform well and is very quiet for the amount of work it does.

My reason for not recommending this product is that it's not that it's a bad heater , it doesn't blow as much air as you would think for a 220v ,110v blows that much and cheaper.

This heater is amazing. Heats my oversized three stall with ease. It's very quiet, takes up very little space and it's quality is second to none. I've had it for a few months now and its never been unplugged. Just set the thermostat and forget it. Have not noticed a difference in our electric bill. A MUST HAVE!

Purchased this unit based on others reviews. Expected a heater that would put out a decent amount of heat especially for a 240 volt unit. Basically an over sized bathroom heater. Ran unit for over an hour and was able to hold my hand on the front grill. Was 40f outside, inside was 49f, 20x20 attached well insulated garage. After an hour of run time only raised the inside temp to 53f. My small bathroom heater that runs on 110 volts gets hotter. Put your hand on the front of that little unit after just a few minutes of run time and it will burn you. Power source is a dedicated 240 volt 30 amp outlet that was professionally installed and has been used to run my other equipment for 5 years with no problems. Not worth it save your money and have a gas hanging unit professionally installed.

I really was surprised at how effective this unit can heat up a 20x24 non-insulated garage. It isn't the quietest thing in the world, but tolerable. The hardest thing was installing a 220v plug. The fire engine red also matches the theme of my cave as well. Win-win now I just need to figure out how I'm going to stay cool this summer in that West Texas heat.

This heater really pumps out the heat. It temporarily heats our unheated garage when I'm working out there. With heating oil over $3.25 a gallon, I use it to supplement the heat from the boiler. This is the third one I've purchased, two for myself and one for my son. If our boiler ever broke down, I feel that with two of these heaters, I can keep the house livable inside until the boiler repair technician arrives.

This is a good heater for the price. I wish there was a slower fan speed, but it does provide good heat. The product is very sturdy and seems like it could take a beating and still work just fine. One thing to remember is that you need a 20 Amp 240 Volt outlet near where you want to use it. Electrical wire to carry that capacity is pretty pricey. This heater is does not require ventilation, as do kerosene and propane heaters.

I bought this heater for a 22 x 25 room on the back of my Church; there is no other source of heat in it. I am glad to say this little red heater does the job. Well worth the investment even the extra cost of putting in a 30Amp 220 circuit. This heater takes the room from 45 degrees to 70 degrees in about one hour. It is a pole style building with 4" insulation in walls and ceiling. I recommend this BRH562 Garage Heater very highly.

I decided on this unit because it produced the highest BTUs for the best price. I have a small gym in my garage that I wanted to heat in winter. My garage is about 800 sq ft and I didn't want to go overboard with a huge unit. After installing the 240v outlet I powered it up. It didn't seem as hot as I expected but it moves the air and does heat up the gym area. I did a workout last night, I turned on the heater about 30 minutes before and kept it running during my workout. The outside temp was about 10, the inside garage temp about 40. The heater took the chill out of the air and kept the gym area warm.

We use this outstanding product to warm us as we work our crafts in the basement of our home. The heater is quiet, efficient, and effective. Every winter I fidget around in the house thinking about how much I could be getting done. After an hour of preheating the garage I went out in a coat to get started. I worked comfortably to about the three hour mark, when I realized I was getting hot. Peeled the coat and worked in my short sleeves for the remainder of the evening. I LOVE THIS HEATER!!!!

I use the heater to heat up an attached garage where I spend time working on wood and other projects. The Q-Mark takes the chill off very efficiently without fan noise that is disruptive to listening to that favorite football game. I would and have recommended the heater to anyone.

After the flood of last summer, I moved my workshop from my basement to my existing garage and build a new garage for my cars. My garage/workshop has a 12 ft ceiling and was home for 2 cars. Now it is my workshop. It was cold. My new heater rapidly brings the temp up so it is warm enough to work in my shirt sleeves even though the outside temp is zero or below. For now it is on the floor and I am thinking about hanging it from the wall in the future. Great product. My whole home is electric and I didn't even think about using gas. We have a recreation room on the side of my church, 22' X 25' about 550 sq. feet in size. We were heating it with a wood burner, it was quite dirty. I first bought one of those new infrared I-heater 1500 watt unit, It was advertised to heat up to a 1500 Sq foot area, will It was useless. I seen this Q mark Heater advertised with 3 times the power and $100 less so I thought we try it. After the first hour we were happy it keeps the room cozy at 72 degrees. We only heat this room Wednesday nights and Sunday. From 40 degree To 72 degrees takes a little over an hour. Really pleased. It's the best little Red heater out there. You're going to love it. Bought this to heat my 1000sqft 3-car 13-foot-ceiling insulated garage. With thermostat/switch at lowest possible setting, it maintains 55 degrees even when well below freezing outside. It can warm up the garage to a comfortable working temperature in very short time and spends very little time actually running to maintain temperature. It's surprisingly quiet and small (about 12" cube) for the amount of heat it puts out! This is my second winter with it and I love it! Highly recommended, a great value!

I use it to heat my garage. It rattles like crazy. I haven't taken it apart to see why just yet. I put it on top of some foam rubber and that helped a lot. It seems to work fairly well for the price. I'm not sure how well this would work in an uninsulated garage. The heat it gives off subtle compared to a gas fueled one.

I have an insulated garage that is approx. 800 square feet and wasn't sure this little heater would do the job but in about 3 hours my garage temp went from 40 deg to 71. Obviously it worked faster than I thought now I have it regulated to low 60's. The price was great and the free shipping had it on my doorstep in 2 days. I had to build a 20 foot ext. cord @ 72 dollars to move it around. I am pleased with this purchase so far and have recommended it to 3 friends so far.

I purchased for use in unheated but insulated garage. I spend much time working on wood related projects and winters in Cheyenne get rather nippy. Did exactly what I wanted, easy to use, move around and store. I have recommended the heater to three others and I know one has already bought a BRH562 for their use. Quality, it's made in Taiwan and not China, nothing to fear about being junk.

I use it to heat my wood working shop which is 20ft. x32ft. and it does super job. It heats it to 70 degrees in a very short time. The heater runs very quiet. I would buy another one if I needed it. I would highly recommend it to everyone. I bought it a very cheap price.

I live in the Midwest. I heat a 16x26 insulated workshop with this heater. Today it was 10 deg., in one hour the heater brought it to 52 deg. I find myself turning it down more than up. It is new so time will tell.

The heater works as advertised, does not blow quite as hot I thought it would be but it moves a lot of air. Would work great in a normal garage, my shop is a little too big for it especially when the temp is below 20. The service on the order was outstanding and was exceptionally fast even though it was purchased the week of Thanksgiving. Whether this is the right product or you need something else, I would highly recommend doing business with this company.

I bought my heater last December. When I first hooked it up I was disappointed that I didn't see red coils and feel heat so hot that I couldn't put my hand close to the front. I grabbed my manual and readied myself to call and set up its return. I decided to give it a chance and let it run in my detached garage (insulated 28x32 with 9' ceilings). An hour later I returned and couldn't believe how warm it was. I kept the garage at 70 degrees for the next 2 weeks but found it bumped my bill by more than $150 and I wasn't in the garage that much. I now use my heater only when I'm in the garage. It has no problem bringing the temp to 60 degrees in less than an hour. The thermostat does a nice job of cycling on and off and holding it there. Today we have a high of 10 degrees and a ping pong tounament in the garage. No problem!!! The garage will be warm.

The tip of the heating element had broken, shorting the connection wire to the case. The ceramic pieces were in the box so it probably happened in shipping. After fixing the problem (I am an electrical engineer) the heater worked great heating a 2000 sq. ft. building with 10 ft ceilings. The heater was easy to adjust to maintain 70 degrees and did not have to run all the time. Really keeps the cement floor warm. The factory just needs to pack the heating element so that it can take shipping stress. Maybe styrofoam supporting the element. The grill rattles but that was easily fixed with rubber wedges. If the heater had survived shipping I would give it 5 stars.

I bought this for my single car uninsulated garage with a high ceiling. It takes a few hours to heat the garage but it generally will keep it at 50 degrees which I think is good considering the garage. The only change I would add is an On/Off switch. Since I don't use it every day, I have to pull the plug to shut it off.

Heater is used in my 1200 square foot pole barn which is completely insulated. Even on the coldest days in a matter of a couple hours it raises the temperature 10+ degrees. I am very satisfied with the heater.

I was banished to my detached garage for winter workouts but had no source of heat. So far this heater has been more than adequate. In fact, after a very short time, I'll end up turning it down a little. The bottom doesn't seem to get hot and it's not all that loud. I'd definitely recommend it.

This is a great heater, well worth the money. It was 6 degrees outside last night but it kept my 24x32 garage at a comfy 68 degrees on 1/3 setting. I'm sure this heater would excel even in industrial settings. Service from Air & Water was simple, they delivered what they promised in both product and delivery. I bought property two years ago, got hit by hurricane Ike then lost my job that I moved here for, due to the economy. I am forced to live in a trailer house that I planned to use for storage. It was only used in the summer and is very drafty after the hurricane. It has no heat. This garage heater is perfect it puts out the btus of central heat and is portable. Uses far less power than 110 volt units since doubling the voltage to 220v halves the power used.

I am very pleased with my new heater. I am heating a 2 car garage w / 10 ft ceilings and no insulation. This weekend it was 20 degrees outside and after a couple hours I had 55 in the garage. It does a great job. Ordering and delivery were a breeze also.

These heaters work well to keep the cold out of our work tents. The quality, function and price are all outstanding.

First let me start off by saying I read all the ratings for this product and I don't know where anyone is coming from. The first heater I got was damaged internally. Had an electrician wire the plug. Unit showed up and keeps blowing breaker. Had to repay the electrician to come back out and find out it was the unit. The customer service was great at handing the exchange. Got the second unit and my wife's hair drier puts out more heat than this unit does. Contacted them again, took two and half days to find out there is no way to tell if it's working correctly without doing an amp draw test. Contracted the electrician again at my expense. The electrician performs test found correct amps. The unit is not work the money at all would not recommend to anyone. Want to return unit but company will not accept due to working as designed.

Before this heater I heated my 2800 Sq.ft home with natural gas. Gas has gotten so expensive in this area. I purchased this heater and installed in my existing Pre-Fab Fireplace. I did install rubber feet to the bottom of this model for quietness. Now I can keep my home as warm(as warm as using natural gas) in the winter and not use any natural gas at all. My electric bill rose about $120.00 a month, but compared to $500.00 plus dollars on gas, this was a nice savings. I use the thermostat feature and it works great. Highly recommend this unit.

This is the second one that I have bought. I have a two and a half car garage. The first one worked very good. There were times when I need to warm up when temps were 20 or lower. I used a kerosene to help get temp up then just electric was fine. Kerosene is a pain so I put in second outlet and bought a second heater. Am looking forward to many warm, odor free hours in my garage this winter. These heaters really put out the heat. Plus Air and Water is a pleasure to deal with.

I recently bought a second Q-Mark BRH562 Garage Heater because I was so impressed with the first one I've had for about three years and which continues to perform. These units really warm up a place fast and I highly recommend this model.

Reasonable price for a small electric garage heater. Garage is 25'x 15' and it heats up in 35 minutes. Very satisfied.

I have installed the heater in my garage/workshop. It works well and puts out tremendous heat in the two car space. I am very pleased and purchased this after looking at other brands which did not offer the features of the Q-Mark.

Great heater

I thought it would put out more heat than it does. Not good for colder temps in the teens and twenties.

Heater works great only I found was someone a bolt loose during assembly, when unit was turned on it would run you out of the garage it was so noisy. After bolt was snugged up works fine.

My shop is fully insulated, 40'x 30' with 10' walls. The heater does a good job in making it comfortable to work in. On days when it is in the 20's it is more comfortable to wear a sweat shirt but overall I have no complaints. I would recommend this product to anyone.

This unit works well. I placed it in a 32x26 garage. Unit came with 30 amp plug attached. Ready to go.

I have a 24 X 26 detached garage with 11 ft. high ceiling, insulated and sheetrocked. My heater set on low will keep my garage at 40-45 degrees when the outside temp. is 10 degrees. And will warm it up comfortably when I wish to work out there. The heater is very quiet and I couldn't be more happy. Thanks!

I have installed the heater in my garage and it is working great. The temperatures in Redmond get in the teens and 20's during the winter, I just turn on the heater, go have breakfast and when I am ready to work in the garage it is nice and toasty.

This item was purchased based on the reviews I read at this site. The heater is used in a 22 x 28 detached garage. With the outside temperature in the mid 40's it takes the heater 2 or 3 hours to raise the temperature 10 degrees. In addition, the thermostat does not seem to work properly. With the control knob turned almost as far counter clockwise as possible, the heater continues to run and will not cycle off. The heated air coming from the front of the heater does not seem very hot and the element does not glow red. I don't know if it should or not. The heater just does not seem to heat as a 5600 watt heater should. The heater did ship and arrive on time and in good condition.

These are very good heaters. I used one for a few months and ordered 3 more! One actually heated over 2000 square feet so I ordered 3 more to ease the load on the one unit. I was very surprised as to the heating capacity of these great little heaters.

This is a great product, I live in a cold climate and I can work in my garage during the winter. With a 220 hook up I did not notice any increase in my bill for heat.

This heater heats my one car garage very well. I turn it on at about 5:30 in the morning by 9:00 the garage is warm and I turn the heater down on low. I make cabinets for a living in my garage and the low cost of heating it is a blessing.

I bought this product because your sales clerk directed me to a discount on the Qmark that was not available on the similar Dayton model that I had initially chosen as a result of my online shopping. It is responsible for heating a double bay uninsulated garage and on the first test run it had no difficulty in bringing the temperature from 28 degrees to 55 degrees in a relatively short period of time. It is a compact, efficient and clean looking unit.

I needed to heat Garage while painting a motorcycle. It looked like it would do the job. The 24 X 24 Garage can be 20 Degrees. Turn heater on and in only a few minutes the garage is really warm. The thermostat keeps the temperature warm and the heater isn't on that much. GREAT!
