I was looking for a water filter for a a bottled water dispenser for a friend. After reading what it could do to make the water taste better I chose your product. It is working quite well, beyond expectations. I also liked the fact that it came with an extra charcoal filter and screen. Your ad said that it would fit most water coolers and I was very happy to find out that the statement was true as the filter fit perfectly to my existing water cooler. Style, design and feel were also excellent. In fact have told a few of my friends and also mentioned it would work well in offices too. I especially liked the ease of the ordering process and the tracking availability. Excellent experience on all fronts.
