We replaced a much more expensive water dispenser with this one and were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to set up and how perfect the water temperature and water flow is. It does everything our old $$$$ water dispenser did. Hopefully, it will LAST as LONG as that one did (10 years)!
Yes, I recommend this product.

Had an older model that stopped cooling the water. Ordered this model and am very happy with it's performance. Don't use the hot water feature and am glad there is an off switch for it. I would recommend this brand to anyone looking for a reliable and fair priced water cooler.

I searched many sites and read many reviews about similar products. I chose this one because I could adjust the cold water temp., it has a condenser not a fan for cooling, it has a metal water tank and it is table top. It can hold 3 gal. or 5 gal. water bottles. I did not want a light and there are no lights on this. It is plain and clean looking and runs very quietly.
I use it at a cottage that is still under construction so we need clean cold drinking water and hot water for other uses. It is performing very well so far, even on a hot day with 9 people getting drinks.
The instruction sheet that came with it is quite vague and brief. I contacted customer service at Air N Water and got the info I needed about bottle size and cleaning but it would be better if the written instructions were more comprehensive. There should be a parts list for re-ordering because there are some parts like the spigots and drip tray that might need replacing if lost or broken in the future.
All in all, I am very satisfied with the product and service so far and hope that will be true over the long run.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Would have been nice to receive an email stating when the unit shipped, but all in all it was delivered according to online time frame. Directions were vague but once it was set up the hot water is hot and the cold water is cold. Wish the water reseviour was a little bigger since it's almost impossible to put a new bottle on without water splashing everywhere (something we didn't have to deal with on our previous water cooler that recently died - but that was a floor model). We also have to adjust to the smaller drip pan on this one compared to the large drip pan that was on our old floor unit. Have only had the water dispenser for approx. a month so we have not had to clean it yet. So far, we are satisfied and hope this will last as long as our Avanti floor model did.
Yes, I recommend this product.

I spent a good amount of time looking around for a water cooler once I determined that I was going to go with a counter top model. My primary concern was the low temperature of the cold water. Many other coolers lowest cold temp was about 40 degrees but this model featured a lower cold temp of 35 degrees. I read reviews about this model from others who had purchased it and they were all very positive. The set up was easy and it is working great. I have not used the hot water as yet but I do not anticipate any problem. I had hoped to find a model other than white but color was not a deciding factor. I am pleased with this purchase and would recommend it.

Our last water cooler took 90 seconds to get hot and it barely filled one coffee cup! 90 seconds doesn't seem much, but when you need it...it is. In addition the flow took FOREVER to fill a small cup. It was such a nuisance.
Our new Clover water cooler works WONDERFULLY! The hot is hot INSTANTLY and the flow for both sides actually flows and at a reasonable rate.
My only comment would be that they could make the design a bit more attractive. Maybe a bit shorter and offer different colors.

my son has become much more eco-friendly and mentioned we should get a water cooler rather than go thru all the plastic bottles that we did...this water cooler has done that for us and much more! We have a lot more room in our refrigerator now, but now I can make my hot tea in seconds and fill my water bottle to excercise at the same time. Wish the water was a little colder or have an adjustment but is plenty cold enough for the price and the hot water is really hot which I love. I looked across the websites for the best price & reviews and this lives up to everything I have read. You will not be disappointed.

The unit is rather "Basic" this is what I wanted. It still operates by a compressor, which I think gives much colder water , than those that run with cooling fans, I had one of those, it lasted less than one year, and never had cold water. The unit is super quiet, easy to clean, seems to be constructed well!!!! I will recomend to anyone, who is looking for a counter top unit, for a good price!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Because it is summer, we have only used this product on the cold setting. Love it! The water is the perfect temperature for sipping or gulping on a hot day. We haven't used the hot setting yet or tried to clean it, but so far we love it!
It looks fine sitting on the counter and doesn't take up much space.

I've had several counter top units, The original GE. lasted about 7 years , and was built similar to my new unit , the last was a "Primo" lasted less than a year, It didn't have a compressor unit, just a fan & you had to wait for Hot Water. I've had my new Clover unit a couple of weeks and it works great, would recomend it to anyone who is looking for a Great Quality Counter Top Unit !!!!!!!!

Our GE H/C water dispenser was old and started leaking. Would have bought another GE, but they don't make it anymore. Looked at all the reviews of H/C table top dispensers and most were mixed--except for the Clover B9A. It was more expensive than most, but it is worth the money. I could see from the start that it was made very well. Now we've used it for a few months and couldn't be more pleased.

Cools, heats, and dispenses water like a champ. Footprint is relatively small. Solid design exudes reliability. Could have made the unit look nicer to keep up with newer appliances.

Because our entire water system is softened, we fill water bottles directly from our well for the dispenser. Both the hot and cold water is a perfect temperature. It is more compact that our previous unit.
The instructions included were very limited and the phone number was out of country. I would recommend a domestic contact for questions and clarification. I had emailed soon after product arrived but did not received any reply. I felt as if we were out on a limb. After poking and prodding we were able to answer the questions we had, but many other purchasers would be left high and dry (no pun intended).
Yes, I recommend this product.

We just got the unit up and running. The "manual" included with the unit was very vague. We were afraid to force anything and the illustrations were poor. I emailed with my concerns, but did not receive a reply. A USA phone number would be appreciated. After delaying as long as we did, we just installed it and cleaned it. It is producing hot and cold water. The projection which in the manual appears to be faced downward, is still in the position as delivered. It is a bit tricky to place the bottle in position without bumping it. Look at your manual and see if you can see why we were uncertain about the position. We couldn't get it loose anyway. So far, so good.
