The cooler is a good purchase for the money
We purchased three coolers to replace drinking fountains. The units are easy to install and have been working well for several weeks. We purchased the cook and cold water unit and did not need the hot water. Unit comes with a conversion kit to change from bottle to tap in order to tie into water supply. Conversion kit is very quick and easy to install. We researched many sites and found this site to be the most competitively priced and the customer service was really good.

nice cold water
received my water cooler on Monday. Took it out of the box and set it up. So easy. I put the 5 gallon container on top and waited until the cooler filled up then plugged it in. Within 30 minutes we had cold water. Could not have been easier. It is good looking and easy to operate.

We chose a cooler without the hot water spicket because we didn't need it. That being said, the cooler is extremely quiet, we don't even know it is running. Nice cold water. We love it.

I needed a basic machine to start buying water again. I needed a machine to deliever cool/cold water only. The hot option; well lets say thats where a microwave comes in or a stove. Don't use hot water that much anyways. The machine seems to do fine. If there are any negitives to say about the machine; well, there aren't any at this time. What may happen is just that, may happen....
