adjustable cold water temp is great
have only had this unit for a couple of weeks but so far it has performed very well. cold water is adjustable and it's cold. can turn hot off if not wanted. looks good.

Our previous water dispenser only dispensed cold/room temperature water because we did not want our baby girl to accidentally get scalded by hot water. Five years later it was time to get a new dispenser with the hot water option. I did a lot of research on-line and could not find consistent good reviews on any Energy Star-rated brand until I came across the Clover line. We purchased the B14A Hot/Cold Energy Star-rated model. It arrived in five days but I waited another week until we emptied the bottle on the old unit. While waiting, I poured a vinegar/water mix into the Clover as recommended on several posts to remove any bad taste from the tank and followed that up with several gallons of tap water. It took me a while to figure out where the hot water switch was, but it took about 20 minutes after switching it on to get a cup of hot water. The cold does not seem as cold as my older unit and the hot does not seem as hot as what I get from the teapot but it is plenty cold and hot for what I need. It has a splash-free feature but I have not figured out how to place a new bottle without a spilling a lot of water all over, but it could be me. The problem is the reservoir where the water from a new bottle pours into is very small so you have just a few moments to place the bottle before the reservoir fills up and water starts to flow everywhere. A small quibble in an otherwise outstanding product with which we are very happy with after two weeks of operation. It is also a lot better looking than the hospital-white unit we used to have.

I like my purchase however there was not much instruction on it, not that I needed a lot, but the hot water switch is on the back side of the machine must be turned on for hot water. My major concern is what to do if it breaks, as I didn't relize it was manufactured in Korea (or Japan) and I only have an international phone number for it :(

We've had this water cooler in our office kitchen for a couple of months, and it's been fantastic. Hot is hot, cold is cold. Easy to use, sleek & attractive style, easy to load water bottles.
User's tip: If you ever have a problem with reduced water pressure, try jiggling the water bottle back and forth. The new delivery water bottles have an auto-pop off cap. If the cap doesn't completely dislodge when you load the water bottle, it'll cut down on the water flow. A few seconds of jiggling dislodges the cap and water flow instantly goes back to normal.

Excellent water dispenser. I purchased a different brand dispenser at a local store to replace my old dispenser and ended up returning it because it would not keep the water cold. The Clover B14A is easy to use and very quiet. I adjusted the cold water thermostat on the back of the unit to the coldest setting and the water is ice cold. The hot water works great also.

I wasn't thrilled with the choice of dispensers at the local stores, so I took a chance with this Clover, and it works great. The hot water is perfect for tea, and the adjustable cold works well. The stainless look really makes it blend in with the other kitchen appliances. The only downside is that this model has apparently been recently updated to include traditional lever dispensers instead of the paddles seen in the pictures. I don't really mind, but I thought you should know.
