I purchased the NewAir AW-322ED 32 Bottle Dual Zone Wine Cooler a few weeks ago and have absolutely loved it so far. It is very quiet and I was pleased with how stylish it looks. The pictures really don't do it justice especially when the inside neon blue light is turned on. Champaigne bottles are a little tighter of a fit but you can easily fit 4 per row so you only give up one bottle of space. The dual zone works fantastically which was a key point I was looking for. Overall I am very pleased with the purchase!Will definitely purchase my next one from Air-N-Water as well!

When my previous wine cooler (also another NewAir) died, I opted to purchase a New Air wine cooler again, and this time the AW-322ED. The first shipment was delivered within 5 days but unfortunately was dented on top. No sooner than I had called it in the next day to file my complaint, the company sent out a replacement even before Fedex arrived to pick up the damaged unit, and the new cooler arrived within 5 days again. The cooler is beautiful and I was able to place all my wine but one in it (it was too long a neck). The cooling was efficient and took 2 hours to bring it to both 54 and 48 degrees, and it is a very quiet machine. I love the reflective surface of the door, and the low violet light to showcase the wine bottles. All in all, an excellent price for a nice nifty cooler, and an excellent and response customer service, as usual!

Received this wine cooler within a few days and it arrived in pristine condition. It took all of 5 minutes to get it out of the box and plugged in. We loaded it up with bottles and are enjoying the knowledge that we will no longer have spoiled wine due to fluctuating temperatures. This cooler is also extremely quiet.

Like many, we searched for a long time to find a wine cooler that was reliable and would fit into our tighter spaces. I have had my New Air 32 bottle version for a few weeks and am pleased with the purchase so far. Seems that most issues with wine coolers come near the one year mark which is still eleven months away for me.
The Good:
- Nice looking for an appliance and with solid construction
- Easy to install
- It reached the right temps very quickly
- Super fast delivery!
The Not so Good:
- It hums constantly. I wouldn't call it noisy yet it makes some noise 24/7 in a steady hum. I planned for it to go in laundry room because of the threat of noise and am glad I did.
- It doesn't fit 32 of my bottles. There might be space for 32 thin bottles but since bottles vary in size, I am only able to get 26-28 bottles in without forcing the shelves, etc.
The questionable:
- It's around 70 lbs. so I was not strong enough to lift this large thing up and out of the box and thus had to cut the boxes to get it out. Stickers on the boxes ask you to keep the boxes for possible returns which made me hesitant to cut the boxes at first, but these are large boxes and for those of us with small urban homes, it seems an unreasonable request to store empty boxes. I am keeping them for a time to ensure mine works from the start and just don't have room to do so for the long run.

Only had it for a few weeks now but all aspects are as advertised. Temps are accurate. As far as noise leve goes the only noise so far is the gentle whirrr of the fans. About the same as the fans on a desktop PC. Use the PC fan aspect as a fair comparison.
