I did a lot of research before deciding on this unit. It has met every expectaion so far. The noise level is acceptable, and because of the thermoelectric cooling, it doesn't put off excesive heat. Temperatures inside remain steady and the soft blue light adds an ambiance that is just right for my bar. The unit arrived on time and in great condition. It was easy to unpack and set up. I did purchase the extended warranty. These types of units are infamous for having issues that are minor for someone who knows how to fix them. Those issues would be major for me. Not having to worry about them for five years (which is about the life of many of these units) is worth it for me. The company was easy to deal with and my purchase went through without a hitch.

We ordered this wine fridge for my parents as a Christmas present. It arrived very well packaged and exactly on the day it was promised. Being that it is shipped ground I was a bit worried about the condition it might arrive in but was very pleasantly surprised when the box arrived and looked untouched. My parents were thrilled. This fridge is quiet and stays right on temperature. My mother loves the lights on the inside and also loves how quiet it is. You can't even tell there is a fridge in the dining room. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a mid-sized, affordable wine fridge. We love it!

I had been looking for the perfect wine cooler with dual zones that was quiet along with great quality. After a couple weeks of researching, New-Air had best reviews and I am so glad I chose this brand over the cheaper coolers!

I had recently written a scathing review after owning the unit for ten months as the unit was struggling to hold temperature. If this should happen to you, don't send the unit back if in warranty too soon. Pull the unit out and check the four screens in the rear of the unit to see if they are obstructed with dust. Clean the screens using a vacuum OR remove them, wash them and replace them. Your unit should return to normal operating conditions and hold temperature by the next morning. (In my case, that's exactly what happened).

The wine refrigerator was well packaged and delivered quickly with no flaws or issues. It was easy to set it up without any problems. Its been over 2 weeks with all 32 bottle spaces used and there hasn't been a change in the temperature. I have one side set at 55 for reds and the other set at 46 for whites. So far, I am amazed with the performance and how quiet the refrigerator is. My last wine chiller was a 12 bottle counter unit which had two sides where the temperature could be adjusted independently. Unfortunately there was only 1 door, so every time you opened the door, it would affect both sides. One side also stopped working after 2 years. I'm thrilled with this unit and hopeful it will continue to function as well for the next several years.

This wine cooler looks great and the best feature was that it turned on immediately when plugged in and worked perfectly from the start. Don't be fooled by the attractive design and picture: it is just another plastic box coming from somewhere in Asia. Performance is sketchy: after plugging the unit in, it first wouldn't cool for a long time. After unplugging it again, it took 12 hours to reach a half-way decent 45 degree temperature! The door panel buttons are too sensitive: you might accidentally change the temperature settings or the switch from Celsius to Fahrenheit when opening or holding the doors. I would not recommend this unit.

The wine cooler was packaged great.one box for the cooler itself and another box surrounding it. I pulled the cooler out and let it set for 12 hours. Then I stocked the wines and turn it on. I set the temp on both sides to 57 .It took the cooler about 5 hours to adjust. It now varies 1 degree on both sides.57 to 58 That's because it placed near a window and gets some sun.If anyone is interested in wines,This IS THE Cooler to buy. Carmine.

Got it as a gift for my husband and he loves it. It fit a lot if bottles but doesn't take up much space, nice led lights, touch screen and most importantly it's quiet.

At first we had this in a closet with no ventilation and it did not function well. We moved it into a more open space in a room with ventilation on both sides and the back. It is now perfect. Very quiet. We didn't want it in a room but because it is so quiet, you barely notice it.

I did so much research on wine frig's that I got confused and accidentally ordered this one (mainly for the type of cooling system it had) before I realized that it was not recommended for under the counter as it does not vent forward. Fortunately, it is not as wide as the one I replaced, so there is sufficient room around it to be adequately vented. We did have some problems with the left side cooling to the appropriate (white) temperature initially, but it seems to have adjusted itself. It is definitely quieter than our previous Liberty frig.

My shopping experience was perfect....fast, informative, helpful and accurate. The product, a dual temperature zone wine cooler is just right. With a 32 bottle capacity I have both my reds and wines chilled perfectly. The temperatures remain fairly consistent even with the unit full; might vary by one degree but I have not noticed any larger variance. The blue LED lights make for a good night light!!!!

This is the first wine cooler I've purchased from Air n Water. I bought the NewAir AW-320ED NewAir Dual Zone Thermoelectric Wine Cooler. I wanted to write this review, because when I decided to purchase the wine cooler I searched and read all reviews on lots of different wine coolers and manufactures. This unit works great! My other wine cooler had been purchased from another company and I could not get any service when it stopped working. I have found the two doors on this wine cooler is wonderful. The temperature is very accurate. I must note, though that the shelves have a hard time fitting bigger bottles. This unit is so much quieter than the other one I owned. I was very impressed when it was delivered to me. Air-n-Water does an awesome job in packaging the unit and when I set it up it is very sturdy, well made and looks great in my kitchen. When someone visits they comment on the wine cooler. I highly recommend this unit for the price and features, this one's hard to beat. I also want to mention how wonderful the staff was in assisting me in ordering and how fast I received the wine cooler.

I have had this 32 bottle NewAir Dual Zone Thermoelectric wine cooler for two weeks and can now write a review. I did extensive research in buying this wine cooler, and found that the NewAir was a top rated brand. My old Kenmore compressor model developed a very high pitched whine that was maddening, so I had to move it to the spare bedroom where I would need to unplug it when we had guests. After receiving the cooler rather quickly and in perfect condition, I unpacked it, installed the door handles and waited the suggested two hours to start it. It didn't take long to reach 55 degrees on both sides, after which I loaded it. As we only keep a few bottles of white wine, I keep both sides the same temperature. I placed the cooler near our refrigerator, and the fan noise is hardly noticeable. The temperature has remained perfectly stable, and all but a few thicker bottles fit nicely. There is room for the thicker bottles on the bottom shelves, and if necessary the racks can be inverted to accommodate them as suggested by a previous reviewer. I also got a three year extended warantee to insure against failure.

I received the NewAir Dual Zone wine cooler in excellent condition. It was easy to put the handles on the doors, and it was simple to operate. I liked that I could fit different size wine bottles in it, as the old cooler I had didn't have enough room for wider bottom wine bottles. So far, it appears to be the a great buy.

Am extremely disapointed with the unit not keeping the wine at a proper temperature. one side set at 56 deg and stays at 60 while the other side set at 49 deg and stays at 62. Can't get either side to go below that. I only got it last October and this has been going on now for a few months. I will be calling the company to see if they can do anything.

I spent a great deal of time last fall researching wine coolers/refrigerators including the last Consumer Reports review that is a couple of years old. As far as I could tell, they are all manufactured in China, and they all have multiple complaints about breaking down within weeks and up to 6 months or so, and/or arriving in poor condition. I eventually narrowed down to the manufacturer with the least complaints which was Air & Water. In fact, they had reasonably few complaints. I know this is a long review, but I thought sharing my research would be helpful. Before I get to the model I chose, I need to explain my situation because it seems to be unique among all the reviews I have read for both Air & Water and other manufacturers. My wife and I are what are commonly called ?snowbirds?. We are seniors that decided to leave our wintry mountain home for warmer climes during the winter so we purchased a small condominium in a nice sunny place and plan to spend January through April there each year. That leaves May through December that we will not be there. We will be leaving the air conditioning on at a high thermostat setting during the summer as the outdoor temperatures will some times reach 110-155 degrees. My wife and I are avid wine enthusiasts, keeping a wine cellar at our mountain home in which we allow the wines to age for 5 to 10 years or more depending on the wine. We brought some of those wines with us to our snowbird home in January and are buying more while we are here. So our need for a wine cooler was to avoid spoiling the wines with high temperatures when we are not in residence. The first criteria was a 48 bottle versus a 32 bottle model. That gets you into choosing between a refrigerator compressor versus a thermoelectric unit. The thermoelectric unit cuts off at about 32 bottles. Larger than that you will probably have a compressor. I saw 2 advantages for us in the thermoelectric: first, there seems to be a lower failure rate with them; and second, they are generally much quieter (think of the noise your refrigerator makes). So we decided on thermoelectric. The second criteria was single zone versus dual zone. I reasoned that a dual zone of two 18 bottle compartments would keep the temperature more uniform throughout than a single zone of 32 bottles. So we decided on a dual zone. Those two criteria resulted in us choosing the NewAir AW-320ED 32 Bottle Dual Zone Thermoelectric Wine Cooler. Our next consideration was temperature. Our main concern was to keep the wines at the best aging temperature which is 54-55 degrees. That happens to be the factory preset temperature (probably for that reason). We are not concerned with keeping red and white wines at their appropriate serving temperature. We keep a log of our wines and consult it in advance of dinner which is the primary time we drink wine. We choose a wine based on the dinner menu and pull it from the mountain wine cellar or snowbird wine cooler about an hour in advance of dinner so we can open it and let it breath. If it is a white, we put it in the refrigerator after opening it to cool down a little more. If it is a red, we leave it out to warm up a little. So we leave both sides at the factory preset of 54-55 degrees. I might also add that that is the same temperature setting the unit will default to when it comes back on after a power outage. Not a minor consideration given the length of time we will be leaving our condo unattended. And our final consideration was use of the dual zones, basically the left and right sides of the wine cooler. This gets into fitting different sizes of bottles into the cooler. Putting reds on one side and whites on the other didn?t accomplish anything since we keep the temperature on both sides the same. Plus, we don?t necessarily have the same number of reds and whites at any given time. For this you need to know the actual interior dimensions of the AW-320ED. The racks are 12-1/2? deep. But the actual unit is 13? (another ? inch beyond the rack) and the door is recessed a ??, so the total available depth is 13-1/2?. That?s important because an ?American? German wine bottle is generally 13-1/4?. It just fits into the recess in the door. I have not tried a real German wine bottle which may in some instances be a little longer. I?ll have to go into a liquor store and check a few I guess. The interior width is 7-1/2? and the interior height is 28?. The other bottle size to be concerned about is the Burgundy/Pinot Noir/Chardonnay type bottle which is fatter. It generally does not fit into the racks provided by most wine cooler manufacturers including the AW-320ED. But, the AW-320ED actually handles it pretty well. The stainless steel racks are well made and curved for the bottle to lay in. They slide in and out easily and are easy to remove. However, it will take 8 Burgundy type bottles without any modification: two in the top (since the top of the unit is flat), and two in the bottom (the bottom being flat as well) on each side. By turning the 4th rack from the top over, you will have a curved rack below (on the 5th rack) and a curved (4th) rack above so the Burgundy bottle will fit. That allows for two more Burgundy on each side. The reversed 4th rack will then only hold a single German bottle in the middle so you are losing 2 bottles of capacity, i.e., the unit will now hold a total of 30 bottles. I found the 4th rack was the only one that would allow the bottles to be placed flat against the back wall. Otherwise you would be placing the bottoms of bottles over the fan units or other parts. That didn?t look like a good idea to me. So the bottom line is, you can do a total of 12 Burgundy bottles and only give up 2 bottles of capacity. The unit arrived double boxed and was in perfect condition coming out of the box. Screwing the door handles on was pretty simple. As recommended by the manual (which I read ahead of time on the Air & Water website), I made sure it was level and let it stand for several hours before plugging it in. In the mean time, I figured out the Burgundy bottle placement and set that up including turning over the 4th rack. I then loaded the cooler with the 26 or 27 bottles we had on hand. I then plugged it in. It didn?t make any sense to plug it in before loading and having the doors open while I figured out where to put the bottles. One other point: although the manual doesn?t mention it, there is heat venting out the back as well as the sides so I set the cooler about 2? away from the wall so the heat could dissipate more quickly. That was about two weeks ago. The unit has run fine with the temperature staying steady between 54 and 55 degrees. The black unit and blue lights do look really nice. It is in my office so I am next to it all day, and I don?t think it makes any noise at all. One warning: the touch controls on the front are very light. I accidently lightly touched the centigrade/Fahrenheit switch on one side without noticing. I turned around from my desk the next day and read 13 degrees on one side! I like to fainted until I figured out what had happened and switched it back to Fahrenheit.

We needed something to store bottles we bought in Napa so the scramble was on to purchase a cooler before they arrived! The unit was delivered as promised...packaged securely and easy to set up - never needed to call customer service. I'm keeping it on a low shag carpet in our game room and it's doing great so far - we are 1 month in. It's quiet - love the blue lights. Shelves are tight but workable - I just slide bottles in with the label to the side so they don't get scratched. Had to remove a shelf to store wider bottles but not a big deal. It looks sharp and we are very happy with this purchase.

If the product continues to operate in the long run as it has in the short time I have owned it, it will turn out being the best appliance, dollar for dollar, I ever purchased. The people and service of Air & Water are both great.

After reviewing many products, this one had the design and features I was looking for. As a bonus it is priced right and looks great in my home. Shipping was a snap, well documented and right on time!

So far we are loving this wine cooler. It is keepimg our wine club whites and reds at thr right temperature. It's also an attractive model with the blue lighting and glass doors. We have had to remove a few shelves in order to fit the Pinot Noir bottles. If they gave it an extra 1/4 inch per shelf, the shelves would fit the larger bottles and slide out easily. Most of my bottles are Pinots so it would be nice to use all the shelves.

Only had it a short time but am very pleased. The only issue for me is that the blue lights indicating the temperature are very bright and light up the area at night.

We decided to purchase a wine cooler after returning home from our vacation to Napa and Sonoma. We purchased 26 bottles of wines and had nowhere to store them. The black finish and blue lighting was what first caught my attention. Then I read all the great reviews regarding the product and company. I order this product on a Monday morning and it was delivered on Friday morning. The cooler is very quite. It was everything that I expected. Just recently I had a party at my house and everyone commented on how nice my wine cooler was. I have already recommended this product and company to a friend.

Temperature control is very accurate. It does hold 32 bottles. The noise level is a little louder than I expected. Attractive appearance.

The NewAir is sleek and simple in design. I happen to like the blue lights but if you don't they shut off. While it doesn't have a lock you can easily apply a child lock between the two bars. It runs fairly quiet as well. Shipping was a challenge. Fedex damaged the first one in shipping but Air&Water were good about sending a replacement. Be sure to check yours works before throwing out the shipping materials...you'll need them to make a return!!

So far (one week in) I am really enjoying this wine fridge. Delivery was quick and well packaged (a box in a box). The fridge cooled to my temperature setting quite quickly and has mostly held steady since. I have an internal thermometer that shows the temperature is within 1 degree or so of what is programmed. Not bad. No real noticeable noise as of now, but the fridge is still new. I am hoping it stands the test of time, though I am cynical since my prior wine fridge purchases have never seemed to last longer than a year or two.

The product came packed in a double carton,very well protected. Was a snap to setup and just plugin and set the temperature. It took about 2 hours to get to the correct setting,then is very quiet and doesn't run very often. We have it in our kitchen and it looks very nice. We have had it for about a week now and used several bottles of wine and replaced them and it gets back to the set temperature quickly and queitly. We are very pleased with the product at this time.

Received the wine cooler exactly when they said it would come. It was in excellent shape. There was one hold missing in the handle but not a big deal my BF fixed it. The system looked wonderful. We got it started, and it immediately started cooling down to our temperature setting. Within a few hrs it was near our settings. I filled out wine bottles in the system and by the morning the settings were met. The system is very quite and looks great. I love the system and it had no problems .. very happy with this unit. Air and Water company did a great job

Overall the NewAir AW-320ED NewAir Dual Zone Thermoelectric Wine Cooler is a good value for the average wine enthusiast. It is attractive in design, quiet in operation, built sturdy and is competitively priced. Our only issue is that one side, which is the side we are using for our "whites", does not go down to 46 degrees. It will average between 48 & 49 degrees. It is kept in a pantry that is air conditioned. The other side maintains a perfect 64 degrees for our "reds". Although a couple of degrees vaiance seems minor, it still is not what I expected. Overall though, it is still a good buy!

I am very pleased with this wine cooler. It looks great, is very quiet and holds the temperature perfectly. The only downside is that the spaces between the shelves are tight for bottles that are fatter, but this is not a serious problem. Overall this is an excellent cooler.

I received the fridge in excellent condition. It was double boxed and well packed. I have had it for 6 weeks now, it's VERY quiet and looks great installed in our wine bar. One important note, if you have larger Bordeaux bottles, you cannot fill it with 32 bottles. By flipping the shelf you can store one on its own shelf, but you will lose capacity if you have several large bottles. I believe that is normal in most fridges, just be aware if you have a certain amount of larger diameter bottles you want to store. It's a beautiful fridge and the blue LED lights add a nice glow reflecting off the bottles and chrome shelves. Great buy, and I recommended it to our friends.

Holds temps within a degree or two, very nice looking unit. Its working great, I found that 4 of the larger bottles fit on the very top shelf, otherwise only standard bottles will fit.

When my parents opened their Christmas present this year and saw this wine cooler, they were blown away. Not only is the cooler dual zone which offers all varieties of wine to be chilled properly, it's beautiful! So we viewed the website and all of the info and decided to pull the trigger and purchase it. It took about 3-4 days to come to Ohio from California and that was pretty impressive as well. Also, whenever you receive something that has glass or breakable that make it up, you become a little leary when getting ready to open the box, well let me tell you, did they box this cooler really well. Double boxed with foam between the two boxes and styrofoam covering the entire unit inside it's main box. Plugged it in, waited the two hours as instructed and loaded it up and looks great in our kitchen! Thanks NewAir!

I am extremely careful when buying important items for my home. I have done all the research for you. The wine cooler is great! I have already recommended this unit to my friends who will be purchasing. The reviews on this site are accurate. Buy this unit! The price is right, it's very quiet and looks good in our apartment. This fridge was able to fit two magnums side-by-side on the bottom. It won't fit all magnum sizes, shorter bottles fit perfect. I also like being able to arrange the shelves to accommodate my wider 750s. Wider bottles do fit a little tight. I fit 32 bottles in the fridge along with two Mags of Burnello. You can't go wrong with this unit. Buy it, you will be happy. Peace.

The wine cooler arrived in perfect shape, and on time. We have used it for about a month now and have had no problems. The unit is quiet but does put out a lot of heat for a small refrigeration unit. Only bad thing I can say is that the shelves don't move very smoothly.

I've had the wine cooler for a couple of weeks now. The order and transit process was good. The packaging was exceptional. I've had 3 other wine coolers of sorts over the years. The last by another manufacturer which backed out of their warranty requirement saying that they wouldn't replace the failing parts as the warranty wasn't valid (even though they had allowed it to be serviced several times including replacing parts previously). I will never buy that brand again and will caution anyone else from doing so. Be careful of the warranty terms. The unit is very quiet as advertised. Seems to keep good temperatures although takes a while if new or if putting in many warm bottles of wine. As stated in other reviews, if the electricity goes out then it resets the temperatures to a default which is annoying if you've set other than the default. All in all I am extremely pleased and would recommend this unit and this company to others.

Like many others, I was frustrated by the poor ratings that are out there on most of the moderately priced wine coolers. I was beginning to wonder if it was possible to find a decent dual-zone for less than $1500. Thankfully I kept looking and found the NewAir 320ED! Let me tell you - the good ratings are accurate! It looks good, feels well-built, is a true dual-zone(two totally seperate chambers), holds the set temps well, and is quiet. We've had it for about a month now and couldn't be happier. It was delivered promptly without damage, I unpacked it and let it sit for a few hours before plugging it in. After loading it with wine, I plugged it in and set the temps - 48 F for the white side and 62 F for the red. Understandably, it ran for several hours to get itself and the wind to the set temps. Since then I've only noticed that it's running two times - and even then, when sitting right next to it in our dining room, it was not loud or obnoxious at all. Hopefully it will continue to run as it has and we will continue to be as happy with this unit as we are now! If you're looking for a moderately priced dual-zone cooler, this is the one!!

The unit is quiet, maintains temperature in the two zones and was easy to set up. I originally ordered the set of wooden shelves, but installing all levels significantly reduced storage. I have returned half and now use half wood and half original, as unit is in my dining room area.

Cooler is nicely designed and well made. Very easy to use. Very quiet. Works perfectly so far. Compares favorably with much more costly units. Very irritated to have to deal with two tacky stickers, one glued on each door, with the mfr name. These are shabby quality and look really out of place considering the clean and spare look of the unit. Hard to remove from acrylic doors without damaging them. Customer service suggested WD-40, which worked with some careful elbow grease. Delivery was quick.

The item was delivered promptly and looks great. It is quiet. One of my favorite features is the removable shelving because I store mostly sparkling wines, the bottles for which do not fit in the standard-sized slot. It does reduce the amount of wine I can store, but I expected this.

The double doors with independent temperature control is great for those with a mixed collection. Would like to see a locking mechanism/feature added to the touchscreen. (My two year old keeps changing the temperature). Unit shipped in very sturdy packaging and arrived 3 days after ordering.

Unit performing well. Problem of oversize bottles solved by taking out a shelf. One problem - the thermostat must be reset every time the electricity goes out (frequently in this location). Easy to reset but annoying.

Needed to upgrade from a smaller unit as we getting more into better wines. This unit had the capacity and the separation of red/white. Did lots of research before purchasing and the customer comments proved valuable. The Unit arrived timely and was well packed to avoid damage. Easy to set up and it has been working exceptionally well for the last month in our 105 plus degree weather. It is holding the set temperatures.

Bought this as a gift for my daughter. Although it's only been a week the unit arrived safely(packed correctly, was an easy set up and has worked as advertised. We found the unit to run quietly and the inside lights are great. Based on how long the unit works will be our final quality recommendation.

I love my New Air AW-320ED Cooler. When I first bought it ... we had some problems. The unit started heating up the granite counter above it. But we figured that was a vent problem... and once we vented it properly, everything was fine. At least for now, I've had it installed less than a month. It is a beautiful piece.... and for the price... a fantastic deal. I love the dual temperature...and the fact that it's thermoelectric. I only wish it had a locking mechanism. But for the price... and the way it works...it is a waaaay better deal than all those expensive wine coolers. I'm hoping ten years from now, I'll still be raving about it.

Quiet and does a reasonable job of maintaining temps - like all thermo-electric coolers, these units can provide a maximum temperature differential of about 20 degrees from room temp, so it the room is 78 degrees in the summer, about the coolest storage temp you can achieve would be 58 degrees - which is a little warm for whites. If you want precision, would need to invest more money in a mechanical system with a compressor. All-in-all we are pleased with the quality and aesthetics of this wine cooler.

After the great reviews, I took a chance and have not regretted my decision. I've had lots of compliments from friends.

Delievry surprised me. Arrived very quick from one side of the country to another (CA>>FL) Ahead of schedule Really enjoy the dual zone . . . both work fine and the temp lights are very accurate. The unit is very very quiet and sets up easily. My only concern (slight) is that one of the inside lights went out. I called Customer Service and am just waiting a call back from the tech area. I was impressed by the way my concern was handled!!

I love the look of it... and the fact that it can accommodate so many bottles. But the temp. doesn't change. It stays the same for both red and white. That is a major problem... since it is supposedly dual temperature. Even though it is in an enclosed area. There is enough breathing room on the top and back. But it still releases hot air around the unit. I also wish it had a lock. But that is not too important. I'm hoping to solve the problem of the temperatures.... or I might have to exchange it for another model.

LOVE IT! Ordering and delivery could not have been easier. Unit is even more attractive than the photos. Compact size, large capacity. It is smaller and holds more than my past unit. It is holding temperatures as set. Easy and foolproof to set. Runs quietly. What is not to like? Thank you!

I bought this fridge a few weeks ago and I love it! Not only does it work great but it looks good too. Only issue I had was the delivery of the product. The exhaust vents in the back were slightly bent when it arrived. Perhaps from one of the delivery people not keeping it right side up. But it didn't affect the operation of the fridge so I just kept it without returning it.

After a lengthy research effort, we bought a Vinotemp because it got high marks with Consumer Reports and other wine fridge review sites. At first it worked great, but within 6 months, it went on the fritz. Turns out, it only had a 90-day warranty. Fortunately, the folks at Vinotemp sent us xmlnsnt parts at no charge, we just paid for shipping ($10). However, after replacing the part, it went on the fritz again. Again, they sent us "free" parts, but this time the parts weren't made for our unit. So, instead of hassling with it any further, we took it back to Lowe's (where we purchased it) and got a full refund (8 months after we bought it. Two thumbs up for Lowe's, two thumbs down for Vinotemp). Our wine bottles sat on the floor for months as we dreaded the search for a reliable wine fridge again. Did the internet searches and the consumer reviews and they all said Vinotemp (and a few other name brands) were the best, yet the most stars any of them got were 3 or 4 out of 5. I was about to give up when I stumbled across this wine fridge. It looked good, had all the features we wanted (dual zones, adjustable racks, thermoelectric) and it had consistently high consumer ratings. But, the skeptic that I am, I did a search for complaints against Air & Water and/or this NewAir fridge. Couldn't find any!!! We purchased the AW-320ED and it arrived within 2 days! The packaging was amazing -- a box within a box surrounded by foam and cardboard. Very well protected (our original Vinotemp arrived damaged and we had to order a xmlnsnt. That should have been our first clue...). After letting it sit for a few hours, we plugged it in, loaded it up with bottles, set our dual temps, and listened to the fans whir as the unit got the wine to temperature. It was not a loud noise whatsoever. But that was the last time I think I've heard the unit make any noise. It is so quiet! We've only had it now for a little over a month and so far it's been great! But only time will tell. Air & Water Inc should ask for follow-up reviews after a year or so. With their exceptional standard warranty period and extended warranty options, I have high hopes for this one! Finally!

The unit has performed precisely as advertised. The respective dual zones each keep the specified temperature and do so very quietly. The unit is located in my den so quiet is a real plus. Over-sized bottles, such as for champagne and other sparkling wine, can cut into the number of bottles that can be stored. But I suspect that's the case with most other coolers. Plus there are some work arounds that can help with this. All in all, a very good product at a very good price.

Delivery surprised me with how quick the fridge got here! A ring at the door three days after I ordered it and there it was, securely packaged and ready to run. We have our prized wines stored in it and it looks awesome! Highly recommend both the fridge and Air & Water!!

This was a xmlnsnt cooler since my other quit after less than a year. Love this one!! The look is very nice and I love the fact it is equal red and white storage. Most coolers I have looked at favor white. It is very quiet you never hear it. The blue light to help you find the right bottle is not only helpful but very nice looking. Extremely happy with purchase!!

Works fantastic, runs quiet (nearly silent), and maintains temp on both sides perfectly. The larger chardonnay and pinot noir style bottles don't fit perfectly, but I can defintely live with that as the only negative I've found.

I was looking for a new wine cooler after my previous one failed. I decided to try the NewAir cooler because it had a relatively large capacity and fit into the specific area I was looking for. Doesn't hurt that the price was right, too. I have only had it for a couple of weeks, but am impressed so far. It looks great, cools quickly and is very quiet. At this point, I would gladly recommend the cooler to anyone. The only negative (and it's a matter of preference) is that I would prefer wood racks to the standard metal racks.

I picked up the cooler from the A&W location in Santa Ana, and the staff was friendly and polite. I brought the cooler home and set it up and it looks great. I also purchased the wooden racks for it and its looks very elegant. This unit is very quiet and cools quickly. The temperatures hold and they do not fluctuate like other coolers do. The controls are easy to use and clear. I would defiantly recommend this unit to anyone who is looking for a dual zone wine cooler. Product is great. Temperature accurate. Most wine bottles fit into rack unlike our wine cooler with the wooden racks. Didn't appreciate the NewAir stickers that were stuck on the double doors.

I spent TWO months reading reviews on wine coolers... My GF has a name brand one but I really didn't like the reviews... After many searches I found AW.. located in CA, they are a real store, brick & mortar if you will, not a drop shipper. I spoke 3 times on the phone with customer service and was always treated very pleasant plus they responded to email ASAP!! I ordered this unit and it arrived ahead of expected arrival date and it was packed perfect, and arrive in perfect condition. I have had this since Nov 09 and would recommend this unit/company to all my friends and everyone else. Many compliments on it and with the blue lights inside makes it stand out among others I looked at. I highly recommend anyone looking for a wine cooler or any other product they carry to use this company. I am VERY happy !!!!

Not all wine bottles fit. It would seem to me that the regular wines, chardonnay, pinot, merlot, etc. have slight differences but I NEVER thought that this slight difference would not have been taken into consideration when designing the wine cooler. The temp. is wonderful but some shelves can only old one bottle AND some shelves can't be used at all.

I bought it for the good price, aesthetically good looking, low profile, blue LED's matched the rest of the lights. It is performing well, the racks do not easily slide in and out and it only fits 75% of your standard 750ml wine bottles, some end up scraping on the bottom of the rack above it. It looked like a good sturdy product. Took all of 5 minutes to set up and load. It's a good product at a good price that doesn't make much noise.

Bought this wine cooler after looking at many brands and styles without going highend.Two seperate coolers in one and side by side. We like reds and whites equally. The settings have be spot on and there's reasonable room.Not dead quiet but, quiet enough so as not to bother anyone sitting next to it. So far so good after a month. The style ad design fit well into our decor and the build quilty seems to be good. I would recommend and have to others. Air and Water also provided very good customer service and the product arrived on time and undamaged.
