NewAir AW-280E Classic 28 Bottle Thermoelectric Wine Cooler - Black

Bought this wine cooler to be used as a humidor (which seems to be a very popular model to do so) and it has held up just perfect. I am thinking about purchasing a second one really soon here. As for the customer service, it was stellar. I received the cooler within 3 days of placing my order! Only downside (which really isn't a big deal) was there was a pretty good little ding in the back. It was only superficial being that it is on the back side but I still had to let customer service know and within minutes, they resolved the minor issue by giving me a $15.00 refund. Awesome! Now know that it wasn't even Air N Water's fault but more so the packaging at the manufacturer but they stepped up and took care of it. Lastly, the price plus warranty for 4 years was hard to pass up! Will buy from again!

I have had this unit for about month now and am using it as my Cigar Humidor. I have 7 Cheaphumidor trays in there fora ll my single cigars, I have about 3 lbs. of KL (Exquisicat) loaded in 4 different petsmart media bags (one on the bottom and top and 2 in between sitting on the back side of the shelves). This unit I keep at 66 at all times and my 2 Caliber III temp/hygros read it at 69 (so this unit runs about 3 degrees hotter and I have seen this stated in other reviews). 70 degrees and below is perfect for cigars (some like it lower and this unit will go a lot lower so it will fit any temp your desire you sticks to be cooled at). It is in my opinion the most attractive wine cooler on the market and has "The Best" price point of them with seemingly just as good build quality and construction. It is a fairly quite unit (imagine how loud a computer is and that's the Db of this unit) since its really only a PC fan running in the unit. You hear just a humm when its continuously running but not bad at all. If this is going to be stored in a "Very" quite room then you will hear it for sure though. Overall I would recommend this to Anyone looking for a an awesome cooler at this price point and I have sold many online cigar smokers on this unit so far. And there are people who build custom drawers and shelves for this specific unit as well to store you cigar collection. Whether you are using it for wine or cigars you wont be disappointed in this unit.

We bought two of the AW 280E to accommodate a growing collection of wine. They arrived on time, well packaged and in good shape. They have been quietly running side by side now for a few weeks set at different temperatures. Both are showing little to no variance in the temperatures. The units look good, nice lighting, and fit in well sitting between our kitchen and family room. Very pleased!

We had to find a cooler for an existing space in our kitchen and his one fit the bill. Perfectly cooled wine instead of over cooled in our fridge is a treat.

Only down side, make sure door is pushed close all the way, the door magnet does not pull it in to close even it is just a 1/16 of an inch away!

I had to have specific dimensions and had trouble locating one that would work, until I found this site. Perfect for what I needed, very descriptive, removable shelves, very helpful site.

Read the fine print on this one, and even at that - beware. My first surprise was that this will not go lower than 54 degrees. My bad for not reading the specs. But now that I've used it for a year, it's temp rises and lowers with the temp of the room. A 69 degree room = 54 degree wine cooler. BUT in the summer when the house gets to 78 degrees, the cooler is at 69 degrees! What good is that?

I bought this about 3 years ago. It worked pretty well until a few months ago. It then developed a "ghost" that would appear to press the buttons on the control panel at random times. I contacted the manufacturer who sent me back to Air-n-water. I have to tell you, this company really likes its customers. We were able to narrow down the problem in a few minutes, and they sent me a replacement circuit board at a very reasonable price. Replacing it was a little complicated because it involved soldering two wires, which they should have had on a connector, plus about 5 other connectors. Pros: price, appearance, capacity, customer service Cons: can be a little noisy especially in the summer, the racks don't hold the larger Pinot/Burgundy bottles very well although I was able to force them in (not good if you care about the labels). Also the temp control/readout is not 100% accurate - you can use a thermometer and adjust the temp up/down to compensate. I would have liked a lock but not a huge deal. I suspect that my list of cons would apply to the more popular brands as well, based on reading many reviews. I think the biggest complaint is trying to force the larger bottles in, and if they changed this to a 24-bottle cooler and gave another millimeter or two to each of the racks, this would have worked out great. I cannot stress enough the customer service aspect of Air-n-water. They even sent me a thank you note.

First the bad news This product shipped with a missing part Now the good news After one call to A&W service dept, the part was supplied UPS overnight. I bought this wine cooler in Sept and have waited a month to make sure the unit operates as advertised. To say the least it works exactly as advertised It holds 28 bottles, keeps them at 54 degrees, is quiet, has a fine build quality, and a company who stands by their product and fixed their oops on the first call without question. What more could you want I would definitely buy this product again

Good looking product, quick shipping and delivery, although I ordered two coolers and they arrived on consecutive days; inconvenient, but probably the fault of FedEx. Holding temp very nicely.

Arrived promptly, well packaged and without damage. Easy to set up, easy to level the unit in the celler. Here in SoCal this summer the cellar temp is about 75F and the cooler easily maintains 54F full of my expensive wine. Because of the possibility of earthquakes here, I put a bungi cord on the unit's door. The door stays shut and sealed fine, but an earthquake could upset it-- the only improvement I would recommend so far is some kind of door latch or lock for greater security for the door.

I baught this wine cooler do a wineador and couldn't be happier the overall construction is good fit and finish is great. I can't believe how quiet this unit is if it wasn't for the digital temp display you would swear it wasn't on. Another great feature of this unit is the digital read out tempature display with simple touch panel controles. I could not be happier with this unit.

After owning 2 Vino Temps and not being very satisfied with either one, I decided to look around for something better that wouldn't break the bank. So I started reading reviews... lots of reviews! It seemed like unless I wanted to spend big money (I didn't), I wasn't going to get a very good cooler. That's when I happened on the products from Air and Water. I found a cooler that had most of the features I was looking for at a price point I could live with. I only have three small nits to pick. 1) The directions REALLY need a re-write. They're sparse at best. For example, they don't bother to tell you that to install the handle, you've first got to (at least partially) remove the door seal to get to the mounting holes. And you've got to pay attention to how the racks go in. It's very easy to get them upside down and/or backwards. 2) Nobody mentioned that the fan runs 24/7. According to a very pleasant voice in customer service, the cooler is designed that way to keep the air circulating which in turn helps keep the temp. consistent top to bottom. 3) It's not a quiet as I hoped it would be. Don't get me wrong... Compared to either of the Vino Temp units I owned, the Air and Water piece practically whispers. But for just over $200, I may be splitting hairs. Bottom line... It looks great, the controls are nearly touch screen smooth and it actually holds 28 bottles. All in all, I'd have to say it's a good product at a very fair price.

I purchased this product after reading other online reviews. The price I paid was very reasonable and the speed in which it arrived was amazing as well. Four days with no shipping costs! The unit itself is very sleek looking and is being used as a wineador for my cigars. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

My 5th unit and the first from 3 years back is still running well. All units in basement with temps from 50 to70F. Odor from plastic may need some airing out before use.

I received this unit last Saturday and it quit working a week later. I plugged the unit in and set it to 60 degrees when I got it. It came down to temp with no issues. I decided to let it run for a week before putting anything inside of it. This morning, the display no longer works and the buttons don't work either. I am unable to turn on the interior light, adjust the temp, see the temp, ect. I'm so disappointed in this product...

this is my 4th unit and have ordered a 5th. The oldest unit is more than 2 yrs old and is still performing well. They are all located in my basement with temperatures from 50F to 70F. All units maintain set temperatures within a degree.

Before we purchased the wine cooler we did our homework. This product is better then we expecded. Very quite the design is elegent And best of all the wine is just the right temperature. We received it in two days, speedy delivery service and customer service. Very pleased with our purchase.

I had two Vin-O-Temps die within weeks of each other. I'm so glad that I found Air-n-Water. Within a day, the temp, with wine bottles added, had me grinning with delight. There is an expected temp variance from top to bottom, yet well within my wines' limits. The cooler is in my office and, when kicked into high gear, it is noisier than I would prefer, but well within the limits of my ability to ignore. Glad I bought this, will buy more from Air-n-Water, and will recommend this to my friends. That's satisfaction.

This wine cooler is priced so well and works exactly as it should as my humidor that I went out and ordered another one. I've had these two wine coolers holding my humidity and temperature consistently. No more worrying about my cigars in the humidor getting above the optimal temperature on hot days. Adding an active humidifier such as an Oasis XL will eliminate any worries and the typical checking up on the humidity and temperature. The digital display and touch-tone controls are located on the outside of the door, simplifying the temperature adjustment without opening the door. If you need a reliable storage for your cigars, forget about those humidors that you'll quickly outgrow -- just get this. Highly recommended, especially if you need a reliable storage for your cigars....and, well....wine, too.

The product is working very well so far, and has a nice design to it. My only negative with the construction is the buttons on the door are really sensitive. If I open it and even rub my hand over the button when shutting the door again they detect me pressing them. The noise is louder than expected, but it is still very quiet but when I'm up late by myself watching TV you can hear it. (cooler is placed in the corner of my living room) Overall I would recommend this product for anyone looking for an affordable wine cooler.

I have recently bought this wine cooler brand new for an online retailer, it looks wonderful and has a sleek yet very modern design. This produces very very little noise compared to any other appliance in my home. I love this wine cooler...however, 3 days after use, there was a problem with the main control board or the led display. The numbers are all cut off as there are dead pixels on the display, so an 8 will show up as a 0 and a 6 will be a 5 and so on. The temperature works great, yet is cheaply built, I hope I just had a bad batch. Still use it to this very day and temp works great, just the display is very very off.

Very nice cooler, attractive design and well made. Only "drawback", it doesn't seem like the door can be reversed to open from opposite side as it was only drilled for the handle on the side shown in the pic. Other than that really minor issue, very happy and would recommend to others.

This is a great wine fridge. It is so quiet, we have it in our dining room and never hear it. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

This is an excellent wine cooler for the price. It is quiet and unobtrusive; great for smaller spaces (check the dimensions). It does seem to vary in temp a few degrees (+/- 3 or 4 deg); I am not sure if that is due to the smaller size or the type of cooling mechanism. (it sits next to my larger ones that do not show varying temps) Due to the temp variations I don't keep my better bottles in this cooler but it works great for shorter term storage of my everyday wines. Larger bottles are a little tight but they do fit if you mix it up with standard sizes. Also, be careful not to lean against the door...I hit the tem controls every time! Customer service was GREAT!

Delivered in two days! Easy to get set up. Took about 24 hours to reach max. Temperature which says 54 on the door of the unit but in reality registers 59 on thermometer inside the cooler. Blue lighting is pretty cool and if you slide bottles in with the labels at 9 and 3 you won't scrape them on the metal shelves. Would probably look at a compressor driven unit for my next one. But this one will work for the price.

Like many, I use this as a cigar humidor. It easily fits 9 cigar trays plus. (Don't use all the wire racks and stack them. I'm using 3 lbs of ConservaGel beads...overkill but they're cheap!). SMELL REMOVAL: To remove the smell try wiping down with a 50/50 mixture of distilled white vinegar and distilled water. Before that I tried a week long newspaper, baking soda, airing out, wiping down process and they all helped, but not perfectly. After the white vinegar, wipe down with distilled,let air out with baking soda over night and you should be good.

I could not resist buying this unit. The price is great. I did not need a dual zone wine cooler as I really just drink red. At first I was a little apprehensive about purchasing a Thermo-Electric unit, but it has been great. So far no problems. It is very quiet, and it looks great. The temperature is fairly accurate The Blue lighting is cool to look at.

Compared to other same products, this item has it all. Good looks, VERY quiet and does the trick for what I needed and expected. We put in the the very same spot to replace a built in dishwasher and it fit with room to spare. Since it was in an island, my husband put in a vent in the back to allow more air circulation. It will run warm as it is not intended to be a built-in, but we noticed that when the external temp in the room is cooler the wine cooler maintains it's temp more consistently. Certainly to be expected since we live in south texas where it is very warm. The cooler fit 28 bottles as indicated and I keep it full. Just a suggestion to cool your bottles for 20-30 min in the fridge before loading up your cooler. ENJOY, I AM!!!

For the money, this is the best wine refrigerator you can buy. The ONLY negative thing is that larger bottles are a tight fit. However, for the deal I got, it would be easy to simply buy a second unit for the larger/oversized bottles and remove a couple of shelves. Keep in mind that if you're looking for a beautiful, furniture-quality wine cellar, you are probably going to spend well over a couple of grand, and you will enjoy it for years. If you simply need an affordable, attractive, and very functional cooler for your wine, with decent capacity--this is it. The thermoelectric cooling is very quite and energy efficient. I put a "Kill-A-Watt" meter on mine to measure power consumption and discovered that adding a wine refrigerator to my house adds negligible load (you won't even notice the increase on your bill). This technology works within a smaller "delta T" than compressor style coolers, but most people I know like to keep this size wine refrigerator inside their house for quick and easy access to their everyday wines. The cooler doesn't have to try and overcome the extreme heat of being outdoors, but merely drop the already "cool" indoor temperature down by 15 or 20 degrees. Overall, for the price I paid I am extremely happy with this product.

I hate to whine, but my wine frig won't chill our wine any cooler than 66 degrees. Why? I don't know. I have repeatedly reset the thermostat to 60. Still....66 degrees. I'm in the process of contacting the company to see what they're willing to do about it. We've only had the frig for a few months. Initially it worked fine and would cool to lower temps. One last complaint: the frig is fairly noisy for its small size.

I looked at several units and this one was the best for our limited space in the kitchen! Shipping to my home was timely. The product is gorgeous and matches our other appliances. It is very quiet and regulates temp well. We are very please with the experience and end product.

I know alot of people have already commented on using this item as a humidor, just throwing in my agreement with the general consensus here. It is a great unit, looks awesome, makes very little noise, and maintains steady at 65-66 degrees, even in my garage. As far as capacity, I have 9 boxes in it right now with about 2 and a half shelves left for zip-loc bags and my humidification beads. I highly recommend this piece, and this site is the cheapest I found it anywhere. It arrived in perfect condition and in a timely fashion.

This is my third order for the same model. First unit was ordered more than a year ago. All units placed in basement have performed well with accurate temperature control. Lightweight and easy to carry downstairs. Initial odor from plastic needs airing out for a few days.

I like it much better then another brand I had , It quit with in 1 year. The other was difficult to keep the temperature set. This one from the start works much better. I am going to order one more. I also bought the 2 year warranty. I checked out the warranty company. Some areas rate different then others.

I use the wine cooler as a cigar humidor as others do. I put a pound of 65 RH beads in and it is maintaining 64% and 66 degrees which is perfect it has maintained that for about 2 1/2 weeks. The only problem I had was getting the strong smell of plastic out of it, other than that I have been extremely happy with it.

It may look nice, but the performance is what counts. It took 4 days for the temp to drop after I loaded it with the 28 bottles. From 76 it dropped to 56 the lowest and that's where is stuck after 12 days. I like my wine colder.

This isn't the fanciest wine refrigerator out there, but it's also much less expensive than bigger models. I fit 28 bottles in easily, and the temperature never varies more than a degree. The only noise is a soft hum from the fan, but it doesn't stand out from all the other household electronic humms.

After reading so many bad reviews of similar products, we have 2 of these now and they both perform wonderfully (and consistently).

Unit works great, and it's relatively quiet compared to some of the others I've heard out there. Summer heat is not here yet but it's been able to maitain the temperature I programmed so far - with only a 1 degree fluctuation that I've seen.

I bought the wine refrigerator to use as a converted cigar humidor. I needed more storage take care of my premium cigars, and as I live in a climate that gets too hot to maintain the proper conditions, I needed an alternate solution. The fact that the unit is thermo electrically cooled also means maintaining the proper humidity is much easier than with a compressor cooled unit. I am very pleased with the item and look forward to years of enjoyment from it.

2nd unit ordered after first performed well. Maintains set temperature even when ambient is colder. Plastic inside has an odor. Need to air out for a few days.

This is the 2nd one I bought. They maintained the set temperature of 55F well in my basement even when the ambient temperature is about 48F. Other brands do not maintain set temperature when ambient is lower. The plastic has an odor and you need to air it out for a few days before use. Baking soda helps.

I like the quality of the product except we use the cooler for regular drinks and it doesn't cool at a lower temperature than I require. It is a wine cooler and not a refrigerator.

This is a xmlnsnt unit. I initially bought the NewAir AW-280E Thermoelectric Wine Cooler in November 2009. It worked great for about a year, but then lost its ability to maintain the proper temperature; dropping to its coldest temperature. I contacted Customer Service and was advised to try unplugging the unit for a few hours to allow it to reset. This worked for a week or so, but the unit again started getting too cold. I again contacted Customer Service and they immediately offered to replace the unit even though it was now out of warranty (I had initially reported the problem within the warranty period). I have now had my xmlnsnt unit for 2 months and it is working as expected. Great unit and great customer service!

Purchased this about 45 days ago. Checked the temperature with a good gauge and it was spot on. Works as expected. Very quiet, not real great with over-sized bottles like Pinot or Burgandy but give me a break, this is several hundred dollars less than what you would pay for such features. Bottom line, quiet, cooler that works. Mine had a dent in the back but this is in my make shift cellar, not on display in a living room. It's in my basement. Very satisfied for $180 to the door.

Like a number of other reviewers here I use the AW-280E to keep my cigar collection steady at 65 degrees. I use about a pound of humidity-control beads to keep the chilled air rock-steady at 65% Relative Humidity and in the 3 months I've had this unit I'm very happy and would recommend it highly for this purpose. After removing a couple of the wire shelves outright and replacing the remaining ones with 3/8" Spanish cedar, I was able to stuff about 400 cigars (in their boxes) into this unit along with the large tray of humidity beads. I would be very excited to see (and would certainly buy) a purpose-built cigar humidor based on the AW-280E, which should include a timer-driven low-CFM circulating fan, spanish-cedar shelves and temperature controls that range from 60 to 72 degrees Farenheit.

Shipping was prompt but one leg was loose and another missing. xmlnsnt legs were sent promptly. The plastic emits an odor as with other low cost wine coolers. Suggest cleaning with baking soda and airing out for a few days before using. Quiet unit with good temperature control and accuracy. Others may view the unit as cheap with lightweight plastic but its easy to carry down to the basement and expensive units do not perform any better.

Nice unit for my cigars. Keeps a steady 65 with no leakage. Has a bit of hum, but otherwise looks really cool.

I purchased this unit to protect some very fine wines that had been in professional storage in Chicago. When delivered, it was very hot, due to sitting in the truck for most of the day. After setting it up, per instructions, I let it sit for 2 hours before plugging in. The initial temperature showed 78F. Twelve hours later, and fully loaded, the unit was down to 59F - admirable performance. It appears to maintain an even 57F in a room that is a fairly constant 74F. Only two very minor downsides: 1) Space for champagne bottles is so tight that one must be very careful when inserting or removing, and 2) it is quieter than a refrigerator, but noisier than a ceiling fan.

Very nice product for the price, quick delivery and responsive sales staff. Got mine cooler with a little leg problem, submitted the claim on-line and got the xmlnsnt pretty fast. Hold temperature pretty well, no deviation so far. Happy with the purchase and would recommend it if you are on the market...

Bought this to use as a cigar humidor, however, as of now I'm using it to store my reds. Temperature controller maintaining lowest temp of 54 degrees with no problem. Seems solidly built with some noise, but your talking a $175 cooler. Thought it would be big enough for my 100 count desktop humidors, but is too small. Overall I'm happy so far. We will see how it holds up.

This wine cooler is perfect to hold your cigars at a steady temperature. I have set mine for 66 degrees and it has never varied. I only wish that the light was a little brighter so that I could see all of my cigars.

I am very pleased with my 28 bottle NewAir Wine Cooler priced below $200. It looks great and fits under my counter in space previously occupied by a trash compactor. It looks chic with its digital and blue interior light.

The major issue is the fluctuation of temperature the other customers pointed out. I wish it would stop doing that and it never seemed to settle on the temperature we set.

We purchased this unit to keep our growing collection of wine safe. So far, we are quite happy with the purchase. The unit has held a steady temperature, right where we set it. I have seen other reviews that expressed concern about the durability and noise the unit produces. However, we have no issues with either of these complaints. The unit seems to be well made (especially considering the price), and while it does produce a dull hum, it is by no means loud. We have owned the unit for 3 weeks, and thus far, are quite happy.

Ordered this online for a newly finished basement bar area. We've only had it a few weeks and it makes a bit more noise than I expected from a thermoelectric unit, but compared to a standard mini-fridge that we have nearby, it's whisper quiet. The blue lighting is attractive though it's hard to see much in the lower racks when the unit is full due to the light being only at the top. So far it has consistently kept a 54-55 degree temp with about 20 bottles inside. Not all size bottles fit in there, but most will, especially if you turn them cork-side out (though they won't sit as sturdily in there that way). Overall, a decent unit, especially for the price.

It never got the temperature down to preset 55F. My energy bill went from the usuall 120$ to 220$. Is it worth it - I guess not. Stay away!

This product the wine cooler is an excellent buy. The only drawback is if my kitchen get very warm in the summer months the coolers temp goes up as well. Overall it is a good buy for the money.

This is a great product and I bought 2 of them, gave one to my 26 year old son. The cooler does not only look elegant, but it very good quality, silent, keeps our expensive wines the correct temperature. I not only recommend this product but the delivery service was unbelievable. We received the cooler in 2 days.

This is the second one I bought. I have had two other makes quit on me. My first unit was a NewAir and is still going strong. That is why I went back to NewAir! They are well made and, NewAir service is outstanding. And the product is awesome. When you have a winner don't change. My current units have all 90 plus point wines in them. I reviewed many different brands, styles, etc of these Thermoelectric coolers and read nothing but horrible reviews. I found this one and it received nothing but great reviews at a lower price. I purchased for a cigar humidor and it works great and is very quiet. I have it at the highest setting and it consistently stays around 70 degrees which is exactly where I want it. Oh yeah, there is also an option to purchase the extended warranty which NO ONE else does. I am probably going to be purchasing another for my wine. I it is also a very beautiful product with a great blue light inside.

Though the owners manual mentions optimum temperatures from 50 to 60 degrees, (this is definitely a wine 'cooler', NOT a refrigerator) the thermostat can NOT be set below 54. That's fine for me, as I bought it solely for its intended purpose. Yes, it has that 'new' smell, but a good washing and/or a cup of baking soda will take care of it. Besides, none of MY wine will last long enough to be of concern. ;-) The only concern I have is that (as the manual says) this unit IS effected by ambient room temperature... more than other units I've owned. Living in the desert, I don't use my A/C until it reaches 80 or so. By that time, the unit has climbed 3 or 4 degrees! This is a gorgeous little unit, but perhaps another inch of insulation designed into it would help. Just a thought. All in all, though, I LOVE this little cooler! But the BIG plus was dealing with your company! After ordering online (an EASY process), your representative called the next day about a problem with my credit card information (sorry about that). She was terrific, we fixed the problem... and my cooler was in my house THE FOLLOWING AFTERNOON!!! I cannot express the delight I had with your efficiency! I've been telling everyone I see about it! I bought two of the NewAir AW-280E wine coolers. One for use in the pantry as a wine cooler and one for use in the "man cave" as a cigar humidor. They function well for both purposes. Quiet, attractive, roomy and best of all, inexpensive.

Purchased the New air unit #AW-280E for use as a cigar humidor. Unit holds accurate temperature and RH. More than enough storage space for my cigars. Unit is super quiet and you can't here it running at all. Unit did have the new plastic smell to it on the inside, but let the unit run for a week with the door open and the smell is gone. This is a great unit if anyone is looking to keep their cigars stored at perfect conditions. I'll be purchasing another in the future. Thanks.

Runs quietly, maintains temperature, and looks great. The only negative I can say is the blue LCD doesn't quite light up the unit as brightly as the one in the picture seems too. Still, the light works and the blue is a nice, subtle touch. That said, I couldn't be more satisfied, especially at the price!

I'd been looking for a good, quiet, wine cooler for quite a while. The NewAir fit the bill. It's working wonderfully, and is exceptionally quiet. I was especially surprised at the shipping -- I purchased on Monday and it arrived at my house on Friday, ground price.

Very happy with the product performance and affordability. Love the silence of the thermoelectric cooler. Looks great. So impressed, I bought 2 units.

With ambient temperature around 80F, it's able to hold interior at 59F-65F, depending on whether you're willing to let the cooling fan run continuously (for 59F) or at a more reasonable rate. Good enough for reds. Given the size and type of unit, it's best used for medium-term storage, definitely not for aging wine. A new unit's interior gives off the typical unpleasant plastic odor, and you don't want any of it possibly contaminating your wine. I highly recommend washing the inside of the new unit with baking soda and then keeping a couple of generous trays of activated charcoal (available at pet stores for aquariums) inside for a couple of weeks before you load it up with wine. Even after loading the unit with bottles, I still prefer to keep charcoal inside at all times. Overall, I'm quite happy with it after 8 months, might even get a second one.

I am very much satisfied with this product for this price. No major problems, but some minor ones such that spacing between racks are a bit tight for some bottles.

Looks good, looks expensive fits lots of wine bottles. Very quiet. We do keep it in a pantry.

The cooler arrived within a few days, intact and in good condition. It is quiet and does the job. However, I would like to see space for champagne size bottles and the temp display is a little off center making it difficult to read. All in all a good product.

I use this product to store my cigars. Everything works great; however, I have had an extremely hard time getting the smell out of the unit. I have washed the unit several times using hot water and dish soap, but, the smell still remains. I hope that the smell will go away soon.

A little too noisy. Product is ok, don't like the sticker in the middle of the glass. Also the blue light doesn't light up the entire cooler. The purpose of the light is to be able to see which bottle you are grabbing without disturbing the others; this light doesn't allow for that.

I liked the look of the product. The 28 bottle capacity and affordability were also deciding factors. The product is performing very well. We filled it up with wines and it cooled them down quickly and quietly. I liked both the style and design. I also liked the fact that there was very little assembly required. Yes I would and have recommended this product to others.

I'm using the wine cooler as an ager/humidor for cigars. It is working as advertised. No problems so far. I really liked the design of the cooler and the fact that it does not have a compressor, so is very quiet.
