First time buyer. Received it timely and well packed. I first thought it had never been unpacked. I opened it and took a while to find the minor warping on the top of it and it was at the rear. This is a great savings for the minor scratch and dent that was on the machine. Everything appears to be working and it is quiet. Time will tell as to the quality of the cooler but it appears very well made. My wine making friends are jealous. I hope all your customers have a good experience as I have.

I was looking for a wine cooler for my husband for a while and read many reviews on different machines, the cheapest did not meet my requirements and the good ones were too expensive. When I read the reviews for this machine I was impressed but still the regular price was a little over my budget. Then I found it as a scratch & dent item for a really good price and decided to take the chance, not before asking the vendor if I could return it if I did not like it. Almost immediately I received a response from a customer service rep. assuring me that I could return it and offering to take my order over the phone to make sure that I got my machine on time. A few days later I received my wine cooler and checked it to see how big the scratches or dents were. To my surprise the so called scratches were almost invisible and no dents at all. This machine was beautiful. It's been two weeks we have it and it works great. The dual control temperature works perfect, it has a very sleek design and it hardly makes any noise. I am very satisfied with my purchase and with the vendor, and my husband just loves his wine cooler.

The separate temperature controls on this unit is a blessing. This makes storing reds and whites separately, at their proper temperatures, easy.
The noise-level on the unit was a pleasant surprise. I also like the fact that I can have the lights on or off on the unit.

Even at its regular price, this wine cooler is a bargain. Mine was a "scratch and dent" model on deep discount. With a little body work, the unit looked as good as new. The twin compartments are great for storing reds and whites at two different temperatures. Controls are easy and accurate. The blue LED lights give off a cool modern vibe and the temperature lights are bright enough to serve as a night light. The unit is extremely quiet; you barely know it's on. The compact unit fits nicely next to our antique buffet and looks great in the living room. Once set, the temperatures are rock solid. All that and two day delivery to my front door!

When i got this fridge i was impressed with look and size. it took the place of my wood wine rack. it fit perfectly in the corner of my livingroom. We were very happy with the quick shipping. We took a chance and chose a discounted/damaged wine cooler. We had a cheap Target one (Haier) that died on us after a year so wanted a better quality cooler. The damage was only in the back of the unit and it was in perfect working order when it arrived. We LOVE the two doors which separate the two temperature units. The noise level is the usual hum that an cooler will have but no more. We also like this unit better because the interior light can be turned on and left on for the desired time compared to the cheaper coolers which turn off after a few seconds.
