.I have no complaints with this product. It is exactly as described and it is silent running. It also fits perfectly in my built in plus it is cosmetically appealing. The added bonus was, it arrived on my doorstep in one day.

Classy looking wine cooler
This cooler really is great to look at with a classy stainless steel finish and a blue interior light. Bottles fit in well, but I don't have any special over-sized bottles. Temperature does seem pretty constant. My husband was interested in this thermoelectric unit after our previous unit was no longer able to maintain the freon charge. It is very quiet. The free shipping was a great plus. My only complaint is that I would have preferred a unit with the right height for a built-in under the counter unit. I didn't see anything like that available with this particular cooler. Now I have all this extra space at the top (under my counter) that looks weird. My husband is going to try to build a wooden wine rack stained the color of our cabinets to fill in that space. Other than looks great and works well.

Very Nice Wine Cooler
I recently purchased this item and have had it for a few days. So far I am very happy with it. The exterior of the cooler is quite attractive as well as the interior shelving. It did not take long for the temperature to reach where I set it. It was easy to setup and start using. Here are some of the details during my setup. The item arrived on time and came well packed. The boxes had labels on them requesting that you retain all the packing materials in case you need to return the item. Very Important! The instructions were very short on assembly and focused more about the care of the unit. They were simple enough to follow though. The only piece needing assembly was the door handle which is very easy to install. There is also a filter in the back which you may need to reseat if it comes off and a water tray which is already connected under the unit. The instructions state to clean the inside with a damp cloth. After that they say to make sure the cooler was set upright on a level surface and to let the cooler sit for two or more hours before plugging it in. After doing these steps I plugged in the unit and set the tempertaure to where I wanted. The unit hummed a bit, but the noise wasn't very intrusive. After it reached the temperture I set, it was very quiet. Everything was working and later on that evening I placed my wine bottles inside. Most of the bottles I have are standard size, but two were wider. Those two would not fit between the racks like the others, but they did fit on the bottom. It did not take long for the bottles to cool down to the temperature of 54 which I had set, and the cooler has kept the temperature steady since. So far so good.

18 bottle Wine Cooler - Great Performance and Look
I was surprised how well the unit was packed. It was very simple to get it up and running. I would only recommend an insert or description of how to put the handle on the unit. The inside holes weren't as visible for my eyes. The unit gets to appropriate tempreture quickly and holds it tempreture. I am also impressed with its look and overall quality. It's the best wine cooler available on the market. Thanks.

Excellent product and service from an excellent company
I needed a wine cooler and after going through the website I still had a few questions before making a decision.
I called customer service and was given all the advice I needed. I placed the order which I got on time as promised.
I had a technical question during the instalation which again was answered promptly and efficiently.
I love my new unit.

quiet & attractive
Quiet attractive cooler would rate "excellent" if interior was spacious enough to house pinot noir bottles without having to pull out racks and stagger bottles to store them. One inch more interior space in both directions would be a huge improvement. That said, still a really great price, quick delivery, and would recommend to my skinny bottle friends.

THIS IS MY SECOND NEW AIR. I HAVE THE AW-281 ALSO. I WANTED MORE STORAGE SO I BOUGHT THE AW-181. GREAT PRICE PACKAGED WELL FAST SHIPPING. GREAT COMPANY. THE UNIT IS SUPER QUIET AND SITS NEXT TO OUR BREAKFAST TABLE. WE USE THE LIGHT FOR A NIGHT LIGHT AND IT LOOKS SO COOL.
