This product is overall a great wine fridge. It is sleek and compact while still holding 15 bottles of wine, which is perfect next to our 60 bottle wine rack. I also like how quiet it is - I can't actually hear it on at all, which is another great feature for living in an apartment. The design paired with functionality, I would highly recommend this product to a friend.

Perfect for storing 750ml bottles. The temperature has remained exact since we set it up. We liked the value and features so much that we bought 3! Our sons thought they were a fantastic birthday present. They were shipped quickly and arrived in fine shape in 3 parts of the country.

This unit is very quiet and stylish. I set the temp for 58 and checked it with an instant read thermometer, which read 58.6. My only gripe is that there isn't enough space between the shelves. I can barely fit skinny bottles of wine, never mind the slightly wider bottles. However, it is a great unit for a mild wine consumer such as myself.

I bought this unit for a small humidor and so far its working awesomely! My hygrometers are pegged at 70% using a cigar oasis xl plus. The only thing that sucks is waiting for my cedar shelves to arrive as the chrome wine racks just don't cut it for cigars. The unit was actually nicer than I anticipated, and in my loud household of kids and dogs and constantly yammering wife I have yet to hear the unit run. The only issue I've had so far is the dogs smelling it and changing the temp on the touch screen. I come home and it says 19c and I freak out for a second but then realize that all is good and then just go smoke a good cigar. I was able to fish the power cable of the cigar oasis unit through the drainhole in the back instead of using the paper thin wire (whatever its called) running it out the door or drilling any holes. Up to this point I have had zero issues and am extremely happy. The only reason it wasn't 5 star was there was a small dent in the plastic inside the unit, although it wasn't big enough for me to really care about. Very, very pleased. And boy was I skeptical after reading some of the reviews on wine coolers in general... very glad I went with the NewAir and not one of the others.

I've only had the wine refrigerator for a short time but I am very happy with the look and construction of the unit. The refrigerator holds an accurate temperature within one or two degrees throughout the day. The blue light gives the unit a subdued glow and adds a bit of elegance to its look. Great price and a great product.

This was a birthday gift for my wife's personal bar area. We have only had it for a couple of months, but she likes it. It was shipped as described and is a high quality product.

Bought this unit for my wife to replace an older unit that stopped working. I didn't give the unit an overall excellent rating because I now believe that you should be able to chill your wine a little cooler than 50 degrees. The specs said 50 when I bought it so it came as advertised. In my opinion the bottles need to be a little cooler when they come out of the unit. Other units that I checked indicated that they cooled into the 40"s.

Followed all instructions for setup and allowed the device to come up to temperature (took a couple hours). The setup was simple and the unit is quiet and works great. I decided to put two larger champagne bottles at the bottom so I cannot reach full capacity, but I do not mind. All my other bottles from thin Riesling to wider Shiraz and Cab. Sav. bottles all fit well within the provided racks. I am very pleased with my purchase.

The wine cooler will not go below 62 degrees and it has plenty of space around it. The minumum temperature you can set it is 50 which I should have read more on as I would like it to hold at 40 for the wines I like however, again it won't go below 62. The design and attractiveness of the case is what sold me. I wish i would have read more or it was explained that it held the wine semi cold. Not happy with this purchase at all.

Overall, I am satisfied with the product. I would, however, like the temperature to go down below 50 deg. The cooler does need to have the temperature reset after an interruption in the power, like during or after a thunderstorm. The movable shelves are handy for larger bottle storage. I like the blue interior lighting.

I've only had the fridge running for a week or so. In the summer heat, it was hard to get the temperature down into the mid-60s at first, but now it seems to be holding steady. Bigger wine bottles are a tight fit or a row needs to be taken out, slightly reducing the capacity of the fridge. Overall, happy with the purchase!

I use this machine as my temperature controlled Humidor for my hand made cigars. It works wonderfully and keeps my cigars right where I want them for a good smoking experience.

I use this in my room upstairs so I don't have to go downstairs in the middle of the night when I'm thirsty. The motor is quiet but it does run a lot. The blue light looks really neat in the dark.

We use the unit for cooling our wine (of course). It really looks great, especially with the lights on. Operates very quietly. Great product.

The cooler works fine and hold 52 degree temp fine. The unit arrived in a sturdy box but the directions are very sketchy. There was a 4th leg for the bottom of the cooler that was hidden in the packaging and almost thrown out. It is much smaller than the other 3 legs on the bottom of the cooler. There is also a plastic trough on the back of the cooler that collects water and must be cleaned out. Mine overflowed and ruined the finish on the piece of furniture I had it on. Neither of these things are shown or mentioned in the manual.

The product was exactly as expected. Air & Water, Inc was super reliable. When I was minus one foot for the refrig, they sent it out within a few days.

I am an avid internet shopper and strive to get the best product for my money. This cooler met my needs, had the highest overall consumer ratings, and was very reasonably priced at Air & Water. Shipping was fast, the unit arrived in perfect condition, and set-up was minimal. My wife prefers her wine a little cooler, so we've the temp at 55 degrees, and the unit has consistently maintained that temp. Of course, this is fall in Texas, so the real test will be next summer, when the outdoor temps exceed 100 and our programmable thermostat allows the home temp to rise to 85 degrees while we are at work. According to the manufacturer, the cooler should maintain a 20 degree gradiant, which will be acceptable if accomplished. So far, we are extremely pleased.

It fits in a small space in our kitchen and make very little noise. It was also less expensive than many of the other ones I looked at. It isn't blue like the picture shows. The glass is clear. Maybe it would be if you have the internal light on and the room was dark.

Product showed up in a week across the country. After using it for a couple of weeks I couldn't be happier with the way it looks and operates.

We bought the AW-180E to replace a Vinotemp fridge that died. It seems like the NewAir product is made by the same company that produces Vinotemp as cosmetically (vents, door hinge caps) and the internal motor/fan are identical. Hopefully this will last longer than the Vinotemp did. The unit is definitely one of the more attractive wine refrigerators out there. I really like the black cabinet combined with the stainless steel racks and blue lighting. It also has a good adjustable temperature range and keeps the set temperature pretty well. One issue as others have noted is that the racks do not have enough room between them to accommodate many of the wine bottles out there. I would say that more than half of our wine bottles don't fit properly and have to be forced in, causing them to get scraped-up in the process. My biggest gripe with the fridge is the sound. Our first unit arrived with a very loud buzzing sound that could easily be heard from over 30 feet away. I brought this up to customer service, and they promptly sent out a xmlnsnt. While the xmlnsnt is definitely quieter, it has over the last several weeks gotten louder. Considering it can always be heard in our living room, which is right next to the kitchen, it is a bit annoying. These fridges are nowhere close to being "SILENT" as described on both the website and the product documentation. We know someone who has the larger AW-320ED, and it truly is silent. Perhaps they use different fans/components in the larger models. Overall the unit is a great deal for the price. It looks great, keeps a consistent temperature, and holds more wine than many other competing products. The icing on the cake would have been if it really was SILENT as described; however, now it's more of a thorn in my side.

I bought this to replace a Haier unit that broke down on me. Unfortunately, when wine fridges die, it seems like the only course of action is to throw them out. So, I'm going into this hoping for two years or so. It took a while to cool down to my programmed temperature when I first plugged it in, but once it got there, it has done its job and held steady. Looks very nice too. I like it, but I wouldn't consider it a "showpiece." One note - a separate thermometer that I have inside the fridge shows about two degrees higher than what the display shows. No biggie, since I know and can program accordingly.

As yet everything is fine, the unit works well, the shipping was quick, and the packaging was excellent.

I ordered this wine cooler after looking at many different models. The good thing is that is cooled to the proper temperature (which I confirmed after placing a thermometer in the cooler). However, if there is any temperature change in the room from warmer outdoor temps, the unit doesn't not stay steady at the desired temp. It also runs continually and there is a fair amount of noise from this.

Our new wine cooler is working perfectly. Our dealing with Air & water has been great. We had a snowstorm here in upstate NY but it was still delivered a day before promised. I would recommend your company to others.

I wouldn't enclose this unit unless you have very good cross ventilation and not near direct sunlight. It's hard to keep temp down otherwise.

The purchased wine cooler arrived just as the picture promised. The functionality of the cooler is as described and works great. The digital thermometer and led light make it appealing to look at and operate. The only two problems I foresee with this product are that the thermometer sometimes switches to Celsius randomly and it is a little louder than expected, however the noise is not bothersome.

I purchased the AW-180E because of the quality of the product for the great price you offered. The design is very modern, sleek...looks high quality, high style. Touch keys look so much better than knobs. The LED readout for the temperature is extremely bright...and easy to use. I would definitely recommend this to others. Most 18 bottle wine coolers are far more expensive...and don't look this stylish. Great product for your money. You'll be happy with this choice.
