Does what is asked.
Nice machine has decent feature's, fan control speed and a dehumidifier, This like all machines has limitations so don't expect it to cool down large areas, does great in small rooms I run it at night and I'm very pleased. As long as you run this machine with it's limitations in mind it will serve you well, do not put this machine down to 67f in a house that is 83f it will run this machine into the ground and cause it to leak substantially. Just keep that in mind.

how do I use dehumidifier?
- Anonymous on 05-10-2014
After speaking with manufacturer when ever the unit is on AC mode the dehumidifier automatically is turned on.

How do you empty it and where is the resevoir?
- Anonymous on 06-03-2014
The tray is the molded black plastic of which your tygon tube attaches to drain the tray. If you attach the tubing with plug in, this will be our tale-tail when condensation is collected, but not full until the unit shuts off. So, you can drain it prior to the unit shutting down by removing the plug from the end of the tygon tubing into a container. Note, you may have to elevate the unit a few inches to complete this task.

The reservoir is in the bottom, at the lowest point. Normal operation doesn't require draining since it is self evaporating. If needed to drain the drain cap is in the bottom right rear of the A/C. I have a small 3/8" hose running through the wall next to the air exhausts. I live in Florida and have a lot of humidity to deal with.
- Michael S. on 06-05-2014
There is not a reservoir tank inside the unit, all the excess moisture will be exhausted out the exhaust hose.
