The speed of delivery was very fast and I installed it myself although the instructions said you need a licensed plumber. All you have to do is run a water line to it and plug it in and it's good to go. It made its first batch of ice after about an hour and it's been going strong ever since. It also runs pretty silent with just a slight hum that you'd expect from something like this.

This ice machine is great because it's small enough to fit under small spaces. The dimensions were perfect for my home bar. The ice bin is also insulated, which was a plus. I wish it made more ice, but given how compact it is, I'm ok with that. Construction is very sturdy and sleek. All in all, a wonderful product and stellar service provided by Air & Water.

We ordered this ice maker, then had a custom bar built around it, so I had very high hopes it would work great. We had a plumber install it since we had other plumbing to get done also. He told me to dump out 3 full bins of ice before using to clean out the lines. We were able to use the ice maker that evening since it makes ice fast. Make sure the door is always fully closed or it will frost over. I do plan on buying a better ice scoop since it comes with a small plastic one. It's perfect for our upstairs wet bar and can keep up with our needs. I would definitely recommend this ice maker. It also looks great and is quiet!

After three days the ice is coming out (1/2 full per day) but it contains a heavy chlorine odor preventing usage. The water line it is connected to is filtered so it?s not the water being supplied. Hopefully this will dissipate in a few days. I?m hopeful that as things settle in the ice making will fill to capacity as advertised.
For the price it is a good unit as long as the chlorine odor stops "Soon"

the door seal leaks it frosts so bad that you have to turn off and defrost once a week also the water line to the valve blew off after the second day and fooded the floor.

I can't have a drink without ice. This machine is wonderful. Cubes are made fast and our family is never without. Great construction, quiet motor and little space needed. Wish I had bought it months ago!

Think we should have asked questions rather than depend on what we read to provide information of the product. Now, we have concerns regarding quality overtime. But at our age that is likely not an issue!
Just disappointed. We have greater quantity in our refrigerator ice-maker than this product. I just cannot imagine the need for this product.

I installed the icemaker under the counter and it fit perfect leaving one Drawer above it. It is compact and smaller than standard under the counter ice maker but worked out Good for me. It is quiet and makes plenty of Ice. I did use copper Tubing to hook up water to it. About a month now and it keeps up Great with ice with the hottest month and Me working outside. I really Like it and The Price was Great. Thanks for fast delivery.

The ice maker arrived at my home three days after I ordered it. It was easy to install, just a few pipe fittings and a short piece of pipe to get water to it and it was up and running. We use a lot of ice in our home, I am so glad that I no longer have to go to the little store three blocks away every other day for ice. The ice maker produces more ice than we need. I am super pleased with it.
