The issue I have is that the hot water button does not work. Also I wish after the ice is made, it would keep it a bit colder so I don't have to rush to put it in the freezer ever 5 or so minutes.
It came well packaged and I like the look of it.

The unit is louder than my last unit. As for ice maker, it is really quick but is not dispensed into a cooler unit so if you don't use the ice it just melts. Great for parties where you need constant ice quickly, but I bought this as a xmlnsnt for my ice maker in my freezer that doesn't work. Too bad the description didn't state that. I thought Ice maker meant it could actually keep the ice for more than a few hours.

This is the second one for us. The first one had some problems and a xmlnsnt was sent. This one works great! We only use it for ice and ice is always available...What more could I ask for?

The two AI-400SBR that I got from this co was no good; the first one would not make ice; the 2nd one water came out the bottom as fast as it went in the top; the best thing about my shopping with air and water was the return people, they was very helpful and great people to work with. If you could test a new unit and make sure it worked right I would buy it, I wanted this and still do want one. Thank your return people for me.

I like the looks and features of this unit.
I realize that the unit is reconditioned, but I was still disappointed that the unit was not clean and when I opened the ice box, it had a bad odor. Also, I cannot level the unit and every time I use it, the whole unit wobbles. In addition, the unit is very noisy and we are amazed by how many different cycles this unit has and how many different sounds it makes. We might have to move it out of the dining room, because it is very annoying to listen to the noise during meals. In fact, the dining room is right next to the family room, and I have to increase the volume on the TV when the machine gets going.
Overall, like I said in the beginning, good features and looks, but can use improvements with cleanliness and noise control.

Nice unit and makes ice in 7 minutes, but the ice box is not a freezer so the ice melts. Opened it up after it was done making ice and was impressed, 6 hours later it was ice water with ice floating in it. Will only use it for parties.

The unit is nice looking so have it setting in my dinning room. I like that the ice tastes great and freezes fast. The drawbacks are the unit is noisy and hard to clean out the ice unit when done making ice. We have to turn off the cooler unit to be able to hear conversations.
