makes ice a lot better if it is kept in a cool place. Ice bin is to small you have to empty a lot during the day to have enough ice for a day. Works good just works you trying to keep it working making ice. I would buy it again. I should have noticed the size on the ice bin.

This is the fourth ice maker I have purchased in the last 12-13 years. Although the price was good, the quality and ease of use is not. It makes a whining noise from time t time, is slow to dispense ice cubes, dispenses after you remove the glass and the light goes off. I will be surprised if I get the service and quality from this ice maker that I have gotten from previous ones. I will not order this type again.

I bought this machine about a year ago and do not like it. It drops ice out on the counter after you have filled your glass "slowly" and have sat back down to your meal UGH!

This ice maker will shoot out pieces of ice out onto the kitchen floor while you sleep. When you wake up, your first inclination is to blame the dog. The maker also only makes about two cups of ice before the bin is empty.
It's a great idea with the dispenser, but it isn't as functional as it looks.

Purchased 2 - one for the office (20 associates)...it keeps up with their demands easily. We use the water from the cooler. We like the small ice cubes v. large - easier to crunch. The one I use at the house is perfect...no ice maker connection on the fridge. Would definitely recommend for bar, boat, patio during the summer as well. Shipping included was an added plus!

Bought this and we are very disappointed. Putting it in our RV and buying another model. Ice dispenser extremely slow, spits out ice. Loud motor, slow to make ice and ice melts much faster than standard model. May make 28lbs a day, but only ounces at a time.

I would say that the overall product is very feasible and easy to operate. The actual size of the ice cubes is okay. What I was actually looking for was a "Chewing ice", but those type of product are only commercially made. I would like to see those kinds of ice maker in the future for home use.

When we received the product we were a little disappointed because we ordered the 130S, but received the 120S. Not sure if the confusion was on our end or their end, but since the 130S is no longer in production, they must have misunderstood our order over the phone. We were going to send the 120S back because we didn't think we needed the dispenser. But after using it for about 2 hours we decided to keep it. It makes great ice in a short amount of time and the dispenser comes in very handy for bagging the ice and putting it in the freezer. Love, love, love it!

First let me say the machine works great. The ice is produced in a timely fashion with no immediate problems. However, while the machine can create the ice, the machine does not have the capacity to hold or store the ice. Frankly when the machine is full you can only dispense 1 or 2 cups of ice depending on the size of the glass. My expectations were slightly higher. In summary, the machine arrived in a timely fashion and the machine works great churning out quality ice in a short time period. But be forewarned you need to package the ice on a recurring basis if you demand more than 1 or 2 glasses.

The machine makes ice very quickly, but the only downfall is that the ice isn't cold enough. It melts very quickly. There needs to be a temperature control on the machine. If this minor detail could be fixed, I would shout the rooftops to family and friends to get one.
