I have an outbuilding on my property, about 12'x18', which is used as a hang-out for watching TV, enjoying cigars, playing poker with friends, etc.... I had been heating the space with a forced air electric tower space heater that died, most likely from being overworked. Because of the harsh winter (even down here in the South), I came to find out that there wasn't an electric heater to be found in any retail store within a 100 miles. I found Air & Water online and ordered. The buying, billing, and online process was very easy. The unit arrived promptly and I have found it ideal for my use. It warms the entire space to a very comfortable temperature in about 30-45 minutes, even when the starting temp is in the very low 40s. Plus, the heat is constant and very well distributed throughout the space. I'm very pleased with this product.

Great for heating a room!
Saw this item at a friend's house and thought they were pretty neat .... when my furnace went out (and it was going to cost $5,000 + to replace :( .... not cool) I bought one to use and after a week, purchased another one .... and am thinking of getting one more for the family room! They were both delivered normal mail and arrived in less than four days ..... and it was even busy holiday delivery-time! That was impressive in itself! :)
The only thing I see with this product that MAY cause an issue is if a person has young children around, they may want to make sure a child cannot get close to / touch as they are a weeeeeeee bit warm ....... my dog, on the other hand, LOVES laying next to it and getting the warmth! :)

Product is easy to use, has good features.
This product has a timer, an emergency shut off in case of accidental falls. Service was very fast and efficient, the site was easy to use and there were many products to choose from.

Good basic product. Works well.
Air and Water was very prompt with delivery. Received the unit in just days. Unit is quiet and works very well although the programmable thermostat is truly not programmable. More like a simple start delay which is helpful but not as useful as a true programmable thermostat. Good product though!

The heater quietly and efficiently warms our living room. However, after a few weeks of intermittent use, still emits fumes, which burn my nose and throat. I like the radiator appearance, and it's much more efficient and less toxic than the Costco heater I had to return. I hope the fumes disappear soon.

In an effort to lower my heating oil bill I decided to supplement with some room space heaters. I chose the AH-450 for the bedroom. So far so good. Seems well made, mostly metal construction. Any cons I would have is perhaps a tad longer cord and a remote.

Everything arrived promptly. This was the only place I could find a space heater that had a real thermostat with which I could set the actual temperature I wanted. This should help to save lots of energy.
