I was hoping this dishwasher would work as well as a full size dishwasher and IT DOES !!!!! On the first load we put dishes in that had dried on food. We did not rinse or pre soak them before the dishwasher. We ran the dishwasher on heavy cycle and the dishes came out sparkling clean with not a spec of the dried on food. We did learn that you have to load it according to the diagram they provide, or not everything will get clean. You can very by what exactly you put in there but you have to make sure that every thing can get sprayed by the sprayer (just like a full size dishwasher). Would buy this over and over again!!!!!

This has been one of the best things I've bought all year. Since this model is portable, I thought I was going to lose washing power, but this definitely wasn't the case. As an apartment dweller with no built-in dishwasher, this product is a dream come true. Installation was very simple (I'm not handy at all) and the stainless interior doesn't stain or scratch. Three months ago, I bought the NewAir ADW-2600W 6 Place Setting Portable Countertop Dishwasher. My previous dishwasher bit the dust, so I needed a good, reliable replacement. This dishwasher is quieter than my last one (though I wouldn't run it if you're trying to sleep) and gets the dishes cleaner! My dishes don't fit exactly like the ones pictured because the dishes have a thick, deep lip at the edges; dishes with simpler shapes would probably fit just fine. This is a great dishwasher unit for anyone like me who lives in an old apartment without a dishwasher installed--it just sits on the corner of the counter, not far from the sink. And it looks kind of like an oversize microwave. Really, it's just the right size--small enough to be convenient, and large enough to get the dishes done. I run it about once a day, so that represents three meals for two people. And boy, do those dishes get clean! It's a good buy at a great value. I recommend it.

I don't know why I waited to get a dishwasher but I'm so glad this is the one I settled on. Perfect size, cleans great, silent when running I just can't say enough about it. My buds all comment on it and the ones that still wash dishes by hand are all jealous.

when I bought the dishwasher I was hesitant as to how well it would work, I thought it was not going to do a very good job cleaning my dishes, even my husband was amazed as to how well this tiny little countertop thing can do, it is simply amazing, and being a full time mother to 2 little kids this is a great helper, I plug it in let it run its cycle and by the time its done I have the remainder of my house clean. thanks again new air.

I had never heard of NewAir before. I noticed that it had the same options as more expensive name brand dishwashers. I took a chance and am pleased that I did. This dishwasher is bigger than I expected. This is actually a bonus. Everything fits including large pots, pans, dishes, and glasses. I honestly do not think I could find a better dishwasher in this price range. All hoses are included and hooking everything up is very simple. This is a high quality machine. I love the speed wash option. It only takes 45 minutes and all the dishes are spotless. If you are in the market for this type of product do not spend extra money for a name brand. This dishwasher will do everthing you need and more.

I was anxious to get my dishwasher. But after reading the Owners Manuel, I had thoughts of wishing I hadn't bought it.
First of all the selections of programs are to long of a cycle.
You have to make sure you cut the water of at the faucet when the washer is done. In other words. you can't turn it on and go to bed for the night.
Cycles are to long. If I did recommend this to someone else, I would make sure they read the Manuel first

Now that retirement is upon us and we have down sized the counter top dishwasher is perfect for us. It is so quiet I can use it while he is sleeping. I did loose some counter space but it was worth it.
Just one complaint, I thought there would be a free sample of soap and jet dry included, so I had to go to the store before I could try it out. Not really a big deal.

First, the size is smaller than listed. Its only 17.25" tall, 21.7w & 19.7d. Next, the faucet adapter was too short for my faucet. I have a single handle faucet that pulls out and has that button on top so you can spray/flow as needed. I happen to have an adapter m/f to put on first which made putting on the quick connect easy. I've only use it twice, it works great! It states the jet dry setting as 3 or 4, I just put it to 1 since 2 worked really well. If i have any problems in the near future i will write another review. I choose this one because of the larger size-but its actually better being a little smaller. More choices since my cupboards are only 18"tall.
