It's what we always wanted
Wl live on a sailboat in the San Francisco Bay Area. During the winter the cabin side and hull would sweat and even drip on us while sleeping. Mold and mildew would always start growing in the corners. We also have a limited power supply so we have to manage what we are using. The NewAir -250 has put a stop to all that and we can hardly tell the power draw. We have been wanting a compact de-humidifier but untill now never found one when I looked. I even thought of building by own. It would cost me more in time to just buy the parts that what the new unit cost. Thank you for a very well thought out product.

After researching dehumidifiers on-line, I chose to purchase the NewAir AD-250 for a 40-foot trailer. It has been in use for just a few weeks, and it has been amazing so far! The trailer had only a very small dehumidifier previously. Results of high humidity during the rainy season were showing up in the form of mildew. I purchased what I hoped would be an effective solution. So far, I've been surprised at how much water has been drawn into the collection container in the dehumidifier. The container filled almost completely! The machine appears excellent at extracting moisture from the air. I am very pleased with the NewAir product.

Great for a single room.
I had a problem with humidity in the upper 60's in three bedrooms which are from 110 to 135 square feet. I bought one to test out and it was able to reduce the humidity to the low to mid 50's after a few days so I purchased two more for the remaining bedrooms. Running the unit 24/7 it is able to keep the humidity in the low 50's and below without filling up the tank over the 24 hour period. Although it has been an usually warm and dry winter in S. Calif. After running all three units continuously my monthly electric bill increased $66. I now have the units on timers and run them approximately 12-14 hours a day. I wish it had a built in humidstat other than that I'm happy with the units. They have gotten a little noiser too but I'm able to sleep with it running.

Great Product for Price and Size - Great for Boats low amp draw
we truly love this product and would recommend it to friends - it really took care of our needs - the one and only thing which we feel could improve is the noise level - it may not be a problem in a home where you possible could put it away from you - we are using it on our boat and because of the limited space we have to have it rather close to us and we have to turn the volume up on the tv when it is on - this may be a problem only for us because of space but just thought we would mention it

its durable, compact and gets the job done well.
I just recieved my dehumidifier a few days ago for a small 1100 square foot cottage rental that was getting mildew on every window and some on the walls. We got our dehumidifier going quick and easy and have dumped 2 full containers of water out over the weekend. We are very happy of course to see the humidity come down. but we are most pleased with the size of the unit and its ease of operation. i was also very happy with how quickly the order was sent and would recommmend this product and ordering from air and water to others.

This product does what it said.
We have seen a great improvement - very little moisture in RV. We have a 30 ft trailer and have had so much moisture in the past - every day a wipe down especially in closets. Now very little. So nice.

This product does a great job of reducing humidity in our home.
The de-humidifier has worked well in our home, reducing humidity while working very quietly. We are looking forward to the continued service of our new room dehumidifier from Air and Water. Dehumidifier exceeded expectations
We ordered this dehumidifier for our daughter after much product research. The price was the lowest we found and it was delivered within a day or two. The product is quiet ,an importnt feature, and one hard to find. It is very effective in improving the air quality almost immediately.
