I have yet to balance out the energy saver mode vs the normal mode. I thought that energy saver meant the item itself works as stated, however once you read the maunual it says that hot water is boiling hot until it is put on normal mode. This was not included in the description so I am still debating if i like this model. However, the water is really cold and the hot water is hot once i turn it to hot, but the energy saver mode does not do justice when I try to make hot tea. Overall the item is great and does what it is supposed to! Also I washed it out twice following the instructions so I do not have a weird after taste of metal or plastic, etc that some may experience when first using the machine.

I love my water cooler dispenser, the hot water is very hot and the cold water is very cold. The speed of the flow of water is very good, the design and size of the cooler is beautiful. I love the department where I can store soda at the bottom. It is all over perfect for me. LOVE IT. I give it a 10 rating.

I have had the Avanti WDP75 for about 2 weeks now and it seems to work great. Water flow coming out is good. Hot water is very hot and cold water is nice and cold. The only down side is that you have to take the top of the bottle or push the little plunger in before loading. Your have to be careful or you will spill water every where.

We'd had a water cooler for 10 years, counter top, and it finally went out on us. I really did some checking around and finally decided on the Avanti Water Cooler Dispenser with the refrigerator. Well, we love it. It has a light for at night, keeps the water cool, we can save electricity on the hot water tap and we especially like the refrigerator. I drink energy drinks and the Avanti Water Cooler holds nine large cans in the fridge department. What's not to like about it? I'm glad I took my time and checked out all the different models. I know I received the best for my money. Thank you so much.

Everything is excellent with the appearance, the only thing we are not to happy with is the cold water is not that cold...other than that would highly recommend it.

I'm very happy with my purchase. It arrived quick, was in perfect shape and it is virtually silent! I love it! It heats and cools and I love the stainless resevoir.

The price of the product was really good. I shopped for water coolers and this price even beat out walmart. It was worked great no real issues. The only thing that I do not like and I hope resolves itself is the taste of plastic when the water runs through the cooler. Yuck.
