Super product for the price... with solid reviews
Because I live in the desert, I really need to be aware of my water consumption. I was over at a friend's house who has a water dispenser, and I loved how readily available it was and how I drank more water without thinking about it.
So, after a research of dispensers online and at different stores, this model seemed to have a lot of solid reviews and a very decent price. I've had it a couple of days now, and I have to say the hot water temp is perfect for a cup of tea or any other "very hot-but not boiling" water use you may need. The cold water is nice and refreshing but not icy cold. That actually appeals to me.
I think it is stylish and very attractive in my kitchen, and doesn't have those cheap looking nozzle handles. Yes the unit is a little too short for me and most others, but my dad does carpentry and can help me create a super sturdy simple base that will add about a foot of height to it. This was a small price to pay for the ease and economy of this unit.
Also, air-n-water has been fantastic to deal with, very reasonable shipping prices and talk about fast shipping. Amazing!!! Because of this experience, I just bought the Greenway GWF8 Water Dispenser Filtration System here to eliminate lifting the big bottles. It was a little more expensive to shop here, but customer service is king to me. I???ll update my review once I get the filter system to confirm they are compatible.

Hot water is just right for tea
We were going to settle for a water dispenser with just cold water at this price range, however when we got on your web site we found we could get both hot and cold.
The unit came promptly to the front door and was very simple to set up within the hour we had hot and cold water.
I was concerned the unit might be too short and not hold the 5 gallon jug well but that was not the case at all it has made a good addition to our kitchen. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a nice easy home dispenser.

So Far So Good!
After placing this order, I went back and reviewed the specs and thought that at 33" tall It might be too short but the height is perfect. My only con with the cooler is that the cold water could be a little colder. Taking a ice tray and filling it with the bottled water and adding the frozen ice to the water does the trick.

The Best is not yet to come, It Has Come!
Kudos on selective options and availabilty. The expeditious processing time and delivery of Air & Water was well worth its weight in gold. It serves its purpose for a group of about 25 members at our meeting service each week. Nothing is more refreshing and pure as the fresh water in which we drink and we are grateful to trust in a company that specializes in a perfectly made product to do just that with.

Purchased this water dispenser to replace our GE unit that started leaking after 10 years. Unfortunately it was not what I had expected.
First of all the cooler unit is too short. It makes it easier to load water on top, but it is a pain to have to bend over to get water every time. Also it doesn't use those pop open caps. You have to remove the cap and pour the water bottle over onto the unit and hope you don't spill water everywhere. Finally the cold water was not that cold. Our old unit would give water cold enough to cause condensation on the glass unlike this unit
however I did like the amount of water flow from the spouts. It made filling water bottles much quicker. The Hot water worked well and there was no funny taste in the water.
Needless to say, the unit was returned back to air&water, and we picked up another GE unit...

We drink a lot of water daily, it is perfect and will pay for the expense of buying the cooler dispenser very soon. Thank you we did a lot of research of units and this one was the most highly rated, and we add our vote to that!

Very good product, just what I needed. I spend half the time filling water jugs. The unit could be taller and could have a little more room between the spout and the back wall. Overall, I'm very happy with this product.
