I was concerned with ordering this product because other reviews had mentioned the shipping companies damaged the box so badly that sometimes the item was affected. I had send a letter to Air & Water, Inc. with my concern upon placing my order. The next day I received an email informing me that Air & Water, Inc. does their best to package and ship the products so that they are not harmed. They also assured me that if there were any problems or issues with my product the would take care of it. PS the item arrived without any damage and works beautifully. It's quiet and the cold water is cold and the hot water is hot... Satisfied customer here. If I ever need any other products Air & Water, Inc. will be the first place I look...

Great product, easy to setup. Just remember to follow the instructions before filling with water. Also, remember to have a decent size receptacle when draining the dispenser during initial startup.
