Air and Water could not provide a different water cooler that was out of stock. They went to great lengths to keep me informed of the restocking status on a very frequent basis.
When it became apparent that their supplier was not going to be able to restock, Air and Water suggested this water cooler as an alternative. They adjusted the price downward so that I didn't have to pay more than I had planned.
They went so far as to physically check their warehouse to make sure that the alternative was in stock. They shipped promptly.
