A tornado hit our back yard and took all the trees surrounding my children's play set. I bought the fan to keep them cool and to enable them to play longer outside. When I first received the product, I thought it looked great. It is doing quite well. If it is over 90 degrees, it tends to not make much of a difference, but the kids love the mist and that alone cools them a little. I would recommend this to others. I think we are going to get a lot of use from this fan. We have friends over frequently, and it's nice to have something so that everyone can stay outside and be comfortable.
