What I wanted.
Great for the apartment. Beats putting glasses or pitchers in the refrigerator.

The product is great for glasses of water, or hot water.
But if you are filling anything larger thaen a 16oz. glass,you will be standing there for a while.
Our tap water is not for drinking, so when we want a pot of coffee we hold the pot under the dispenser,and it take approx.,5 to10 min. to fill. In that time it can get very heavy and tire some. the flow from the cold water side needs to be more fluid and faster.

Product is compact and efficient, exceeds expectations!

I was terribly disappointed with this product
Water leaks out of the bottom of the dispenser. Hopefully I'll get a replacement one that works, but it is pretty disappointing. The cold water is not cold enough and I don't really like the fact that the hot water is not instant -- you have to wait for it to heat up.

Nice Compact Unit
This unit is good for a small office or social venue, but for larger groups it may be a bit slow in keeping hot water availability, and in actual dispensing. It is more attractive than our prior unit, and our 3 gallon bottles work perfectly with the unit.
