I am pleased with the purchase of the watercooler. It is performing well and the hot water heats up in a couple of minutes. Good value and free shipping. Previously had the Greenway which worked fine for 7 years.

The reasoon I could not tolerate it after a couple of weeks, is because it was TOO slow in filing a small cup, that was after waiting for it to heat. The cold was just as discouraging as it took over two minutes to fill a small glass. That may seem like a small amount of time, but to have to stand and hold a button down-- it is a very long time. Therefore I sent it back.

I have been VERY pleased with my purchase! The cooler works very well -- the cold water is nice and cold and it heats the water quickly as well. It's very simple to refill and maintenance is a breeze. I particularly like the fact that you can either buy bottled water or buy the jug and filters and just run your own tap water through. And I like the fact that the hot water is not on constantly costing you electricity -- it certainly heats up fast enough when you want a cup of tea. This exceeded my expectations all around.

I've been enjoying my countertop water dispenser. Although others have commented on the time it takes to get hot water (2-3 minutes), its well worth the wait. It beats heating up water in the microwave for tea.

I like the hot water as it is really hot, but am getting used to the time it takes to get to that temp. And yet not waiting too long before it cools down. The cold is cold and I also like the height of where it sits. However I wish it didn't take so long to get a cup full. Maybe that could be corrected and have a larger flow in newer models.
