We needed a wine cooler for the kitchen and wanted a cooler of this particular size (small) and quality. The cooler is working well so far. The controls are easy to adjust. The cooler was as we expected from the web photos and descriptions. We like the appearance of the product and like the way that the bottles are laid out on the shelves. Some coolers have much tighter bottle spacing, making bottle placement difficult. Not so with this cooler. The only complaint is that for wine bottles that are longer than average, some bottles are too long to fit inside the cooler. For a smaller size cooler (21 bottle capacity), it is very good quality for the price paid. It is great if you have limited kitchen floor space.

After researching a number of wine refrigerators, we decided to purchase the Vinotemp VT-21TEDS-2Z, and we have been happy with every aspect of our purchase. The Vinotemp has two temperature zones that keep their temperature very well. The fridge is also very quiet. Since it sits just to the side of our dining room, this was a very important feature. The 21 bottle capacity is more than sufficient for our needs.

The unit size is perfect for my situation. I am not sure I would recommend this particular unit. I would recommend using your company to purchase a wine cooler. The shelves on the wine cooler do not fit properly. You sent me one replacement shelf for the shelf that would fall out but that shelf has a different front face. The other shelves have a rounded edge and the replacement shelf is squared. I am really not happy with the shelves in the unit. I don't feel they slide out easily and am afraid to have them slide out in case they fall.
