The Airpura V600-W provides a thorough air cleaning and is specially designed to eliminate airborne chemicals including VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) such as formaldyde and ammonias all the way up to 2000 sq feet. This system runs independently of your central air system and constantly cleans and recirculates air even when the central air is off. It uses felt gaskets instead of rubber to prevent off-gassing that often occurs when using plastic or metal connectors.
In addition to its 18lbs enhanced impregnated carbon filter that can address over 4000 chemicals, the Airpura V600-W also includes a true HEPA filter. This is great for those that suffer from allergies or asthma as it eliminates 99.97% of dander, dust, allergens and other harmful particles all the way down to 0.3 microns.
